The Magenta Project promotes equality and diversity in sailing and the wider marine industry. We upskill and connect female learning and development opportunities and through building networks and relationships that connect people. Through our Mentoring Programme and related pathways we raise the awareness and visibility of women across the marine industry to deliver change and promote inclusion.
