Activities & Mission

MS Research and Relief Fund supports MS groups in Morpeth, Jarrow, Durham, Berwick and Newcastle. We provide complementary therapies which are free of charge to people with MS and their primary carers, in addition we have accessible exercise classes, Tai Chi and a "fitness lounge" where people can use toning tables, MotoMed exercise machines and a vibrogym.
