To hold the property in Trust for the use of residents of Tittensor and the neighbourhood for meetings, lectures, classes and other forms of recreation & leisure activities..The leasing of land to be used for the Tittensor Bowling Club and also to the Swynnerton Parish Council for a Child's Play Area which was completed in 2013.
