Equilore provides Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) to children (7 onwards), young people and adults who are faced with mental health challenges. In our sessions clients work with the horses from the ground. EFP is particularly helpful when talking therapy has failed because of the psychology and non verbal nature of horses. Equilore is based in Launton, Oxfordshire.

The R.G.O.A. Trust cares for and homes greyhounds for owners of greyhounds that raced at Romford Greyhound when their racing careers are over. The retired greyhounds enter our rented kennels, they are fed & exercised and generally cared for until they can be homed. By advertising in newspapers, notice boards, website etc, we invite the public to visit our kennels and select a suitable greyhound.

Staffordshire Bull Terrier Welfare is a supporting group to help member rescue groups. The objective is to help ease the suffering and distress of the Staffordshire Bull Terriers which are abandoned / unwanted. At this moment in time it is reported the S.B.T. is the most common breed of dog found in kennels, all our rescue groups are bursting at the seams.So please if you can help,give one a home.

The Peek a Boo Trust raise fund via walks, runs, Charity Awards dinner and canine related events. This is to raise funds for both Animal and Children's charities in the UK. We have supported Charities that are both large and small and to date have donated over £100,000.

Our main activity is to provide temporay accommodation / hospitalisation along with all necessary veterinary treatment to stray, unwanted and ill-treated cats and kittens until they are fit and healthy and ready to be re-homed.We also actively work with our Neuter Campaign. This work also includes welfare work and advice to the people that need our assistance.

We offer high impact horse-powered interventions for hard to reach participants. Participants typically have multiple problems and live in difficult situations. The method used is a revolutionary approach to mental health/self-regulation with excellent evidence of positive outcomes. Participants are coached to become calm and focused by learning to communicate with specially trained horses.

Lost Cats Brighton aims to relieve the suffering & distress of cats experience by rescuing abandoned, unwanted, mistreated, injured & homeless cats & kittens, providing veterinary care, food, accommodation as necessary, but with the ultimate aim of rehoming healthy animals whenever possible. We are a small team of unpaid volunteers who provide and maintain facilities for the care and treatment of lost and injured cats. We return lost cats to their owners or rehome them. We raise funds and provide medical treatment for sick and injured cats. We spay and neuter all cats, including feral colonies. We have an active Facebook group of over 4,000 members.

Charis Club original aim was and is to educate people through their leisure and social time so to develop their physical mental and spiritual capabilities. The care and protection of animals, and in particular horses, who are in need of care and attention by reason of old age, sickness, maltreatment, neglect, poor circumstances, or other similar causes deemed worthy by the Trustees.

Assistance to professional or former professional polo players. Education and training for alternative employment or self-employment of professional or former professional players. Assistance towards the welfare of ponies. Encouragement of polo amongst children and the young in full time education. Encouragement amongst members of the Armed Services. Donations to other charities.

Cornerstone Trust provides residential and domiciliary care for adults with learing disabilities in Bolton. We also provide a voluntary weekly day time activity group called CAT at the premises of Radcliffe Road Baptist Church in Bury.
