Puts on several concerts a year to provide live choral music for people in the Penrith area and to raise money for other charities. In pursuance of the choir's objectives to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of music in all its aspects, COLS presents three concerts each year together with other occasional musical activities.

Witham Choral Society offers, without audition, the opportunity for anyone to learn about, improve and enjoy choral singing. To this end it rehearses weekly and gives 3 concerts with professional orchestra and soloists each year enabling people in the Witham area to learn about and appreciate the classical choral repertoire. The society supports local charities.

To study and perform oratorio and other choral works and so educate interested sections of the public in the art and science of music by the presentation of concerts and other activities. This also includes enabling school children to aprticpate in concerts in front of a live audience and with a professional orchestra.

The village hall serves a mainly rural community. Currently a mens club, WI, gardening club, pre-school, carpet bowls, whist drives, bingo sessions, film nights, singing group; the hall is also used for monthly coffee mornings, quizzes, parish council monthly meetings and for various church functions. There is an annual pantomime and occasional village celebrations.

Ormskirk Music Society comprises a choir and orchestra which perform a number of concerts a year in and around Ormskirk, Lancashire. Our repertoire is varied, from established classics of the symphonic & choral-orchestral canon, to musical byways, light music and works by living composers.

THE PRINCIPAL AIM OF THE ABERYSTWYTH SILVER BAND IS TO SUPPORT LOCAL TOURISM, CIVIC DUTY AND CHARITY FUND-RAISING EVENTS THROUGH THE MEDIA OF MUSIC. IT PERFORMS IN ASSOCIATION WITH LOCAL CHORAL SOCIETIES IN PARTICULAR TO PROMOTE THIS AIM.

Heart of England Singers is a mixed choir, ages range from 16 to late 80s. We give several concerts a year plus performing for charities and church groups on request.

The objects of the Saffron Walden Arts Trust shall be to promote, maintain, improve and advance education, and the encouragement of the Arts, including the arts of drama, mime, dance, singing and music, for the benefit of the inhabitants of Saffron Walden and the surrounding area, and the provision in the interests of social welfare of facilities for those people.

Male Voice Choir providing an opportunity for members of the community to take part in a traditional cultural activity and delivering high quality performances across the country.

A choir of about 60 amateur singers, trained and conducted by a professional musician who is the musical director. Weekly rehearsals, 4 concerts a year in different venues, using professional soloists & sometimes linking with other local choirs and orchestra. Provides the opportunity for singers to train & perform to a high standard & for local audiences to hear a wide variety of Choral music.

Welsh Male Voice choir giving concerts and other musical events throughout Wales and elsewhere. Many of our concerts assist charities, communities and not for profit organisations in raising funds . We rehearse once a week in the local community centre
