London Youth Choirs was set up in 2012 as a social action programme and centre of musical excellence. LYC currently comprises six central and two regional choirs for young people from every London borough from school year 3 to age 23. The tuition and performance opportunities that LYC provides are designed to educate and inspire whilst championing inclusivity and understanding.

The Military Wives Choirs Foundation is a network of choirs that reaches across the whole military community to bring women closer together through singing. The Foundation is a registered subsidary charity of SSAFA.

Pulp Friction Smoothie Bar CIO supports adults with Learning Disabilities and or Autism to develop their social, work readiness and independent living skills through a variety of activities that are person centered and focus on catering and hospitality, gardening and horticulture, social events such as running a choir. We work in Nottinghamshire and Nottingham City.

The charity provides support both emotional and practical to people impacted by abuse. This support is in the form of counselling for complex issues, psycho-educational programmes such as Freedom Programme and Confidence building courses.We also provide therapeutic support in the form of a Choir, shared lunches, book club etc to encourage community engagement and peer to peer support.

Regents Opera has been established to enable the advancement of the arts through the promotion and presentation of opera to the highest possible standard; and to advance the education of the public in opera and young performers in the early stages of their careers or professional singers requiring further stage experience, primarily but not exclusively in the operatic works of Richard Wagner.

Set up and run singing & performance groups with prisoners and other groups whose health has been impaired or who are at the risk of exclusion from society. The LGMC entertains, educates and inspires through song, performing an extensive repertoire. We believe that a diverse society is a strong society. The London Handel Society organises the annual London Handel Festival. The charity's remit is to present high quality performances of Handel and his contemporaries, and to support and encourage young artists through the Handel Singing Competition. The Festival includes opera, concerts, talks and education projects, and ticket prices are kept affordable to encourage all who love Handel to attend.

The promotion and participation in musical concerts

Activities provided for service users in recovery from drug and alcohol misuse or mental health issues include A Drop in Centre, A Listening Service, an Outreach Service, a Night Service, Supported Housing, Training and Education and various activities including Arts and Crafts, Singing, Smart Recovery, Tai Chi, Serenity, Family and Friends Support, Gardening, Creative Writing, Freedom Programme.

The Charity offers a range of music related charitable services to churches and schools through its flagship product, iSingPOP. iSingPOP is a singing, performing, and resourcing project that helps children and families engage in Collective Worship.

We provide opportunities for stroke survivors and carers to meet and support each other. We have afully accessible gym to allow survivors and carers to exercise in a safe and supportive environment. Wehave a wide range of activities that are fully inclusive such as aromatherapy, chair basedexercise sessions, arts and crafts, cooking, and singing and music therapy.

The Choir with No Name provides choirs for people who have experienced homelessness. We began with one choir in London and are now expanding to run choirs across the country. Our work is based on the premise that singing is good for you; it makes you happy; and a choir can provide a community that is all too often lacking from the lives of homeless people.

Advancing education and training of young people living or educated in Barnsley and the surrounding areas in the subject of music and the performing arts, in particular choral music.

This has been a year of less overt activity after 5 years of intense fundraising. Significant assistance has been provided to several girl choristers enabling them to remain in the choir. With the consent of The Chairty Commission, the objects of the Trust have been amended so that it can now support both boy and girl choristers. From 1st August 2011 it is The Wells Cathedral Chorister Trust.

The Charity is an umbrella organisation that devises, manages and delivers the activity of Only Boys Aloud, Only Girls Aloud, and Only Kids Aloud, and exists to promote and develop choral signing as a vibrant and essential element in the cultural landscape of Wales.

A day centre providing informal social day care for people living with dementia, and their carers, who reside within the boundaries of Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council. We offer a wide range of activities to suit all tastes for people who live with dementia including crafts, quizzes, bingo, games and gardening, as well as providing external entertainers such as singers.

Promote the rehabilitation of prisoners for the public benefit by setting up choirs in prisons to build the skills and capacity of offenders so that they can break the cycle of re-offending on release.Promote social inclusion amongst socially excluded people by providing a programme of high-quality singing to help develop skills and self-confidence to assist them to integrate into society.

The aim of the charity is to promote musical education through (i) the organisation and promotion of choral courses for children and young people aged from 8 to 21 years; and (ii) the activities of a choir for talented young singers selected from those who have participated in such courses.
