Tewkesbury young farmers undertake various activities to raise money for local charities - such as carol singing, car washing and disco's.

The Petersfield Choral Society supports choral singing in the Petersfield area, providing training to new and inexperienced singers at its weekly rehearsals (typically from September to March).

The object of the society shall be to promote, develop, improve and maintain public education in and the appreciation of the art and science of music in all its aspects by the presentation of public concerts and recitals and by such other ways as the Society through its Committee shall determine from time to time.

The objective of Viva Voce Singers is to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of music by the presentation of public concerts and recitals.

Educational. Exists to promote music making for the benefit of members and the general public.

A community centre for use by various groups and organisations to enhance the lives of people on Woodloes Park. Regular users include - Senior Citizens, Mothers and Toddlers, Townswomens Guild, Weight Watchers, Belly Dancing, Pilates, Community Choir, Youth Theatre, Youth Club.

ELLENVALE IS A LADIES CHOIR THAT STARTED IN 1976. WE PERFORM MAY & CHRISTMAS CONCERTS AND HAVE RAISED MANY THOUSANDS OF POUNDS OVER THE YEARS FOR LOCAL CHARITIES, ORGANISATION AND INDIVIDUALS. THE CHOIR SINGS 2 AND 3 PART HARMONIES AND REHEARSE WEEKLY (WEDNESDAY 7.30PM) AND ARE DIRECTED BY AN EXPERIENCED MUSICAL DIRECTOR & ACCOMPANIST. THE MUSIC INCLUDES SONGS FROM SHOWS AND CONTEMPORARY PIECES.

The objects of the Association are to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Osgodby and the neighbourhood and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisuretime pursuits. Present activities include a keep-fit groups, a craft group, a ladies club with speakers, a bingo club, a friendship club, Singing in Commmunity the Osgodby In Bloom group is affiliated.

Chamber choir, concerts of mainly un-accompanied choral music given to raise funds for good causes in North Hertfordshire. Church and occasional cathedral services sung.

Choral Society with aim to study music in order to foster public knowledge and appreciation by provision of various musical activities, regular musical gatherings and public concerts in the district given either by members or by outside musicians. Funded by members' and patrons' subscriptions, ticket sales and occasional fund raising activities.

Male Voice Choir to foster and promote the education of the general public in the appreciation in all its aspects , relating to the practice,presentation and study of music in order to promote better and more widespread performance of male choral work , and to assist and support such other charitable institutions or purpose as the organisation shall determine from time to time.

The Friends of Crowdys Hill School hold regular fundraising events to enable them to make donations to the school to enhance the education of the pupils. Events have included Bingo, Quiz and Singing Evenings, a Summer Fete and Christmas Bazaar and non uniform days in school.

The South East Music Trust encourages the development of music by arranging for professional orchestras to be available to promoters of entertainment and to musical and choral societies. It also provides grants where possible to encourage a high level of participation and performance.
