Yearly music Festival

To promote musical education & experience with all ages, but mainly young people through Master classes, Festival days & concerts led by experienced adjudicators & teachers.

Annual Welsh speaking musical, poetry, literature and arts competition for children, young people and adults. This is held in the Village Hall at Llanegryn.

Funds raised during Frome Carnival are used to help the poor, sick and needy of the town and local parishes. We work closely with other charities such as Lions and Rotary in a wide variety of cases.

The Reading Room is rented out to the village first school and is used as and when it is needed by others in the village, eg WI, Garden Club, Bowls, Harvest Festival, Friends of Newton School, Art Club, etc.

We hold an annual Eisteddfod every year in our village.

The Eisteddfod is held annually on the 2nd Saturday in the month of February

WE RUN VARIOUS EVENTS SUCH AS FASHION SHOWS, FLOWER FESTIVALS. LUNCHES. DO SPONSORED SWIMS PARACHUTE JUMPS. RUN FETES, BBQS, ANYTHING WE FEEL WILL RAISE MONEY.

For the holding of Eisteddfod AU, music festivals and other meetings calculated in the opinion of the trustees to uphold the morality and education of the inhabitants of Rhoshirwaun village and persons living within a radius of three miles of the said hall.

Helping organisations raise money by performing at road parades, field events and indoor concerts. Helping people of all ages play instruments and read music.

We have an Eisteddfod every year where people donate to us we charge at the door this covers for the prizes for the competitions

The charity runs an annual Drama Festival accepting entries from a wide geographical area and from ages 4 - 85. Competitors take part in verse speaking, prose reading, bible reading, mime and many other dramatic classes.They are judged by professional adjudicators and awarded trophies and certificates.

We are a Festival celebrating amateur music and drama performing, with opportunities for children, young people and adults to perform in both a competitive and non-competitive supportive environment with the benefit of feedback.

Music society providing concerts in Toddington and providing a scholarship each year to a young musician from Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire or Buckinghamshire

The charity supports all the Christian Churches of every denomination in its loyalty to Sunday as a day of worship. It publishes every year a magazine called Inheritance/Et Feddlaeth which appears in March and October, and also holds an annual festival which rotates in North and South Wales.

Provides resources to enable teaching Welsh folk dance.Organises festivals of Welsh folk dance for children.Teaches Welsh folk dance to those wishing to teach children.

To hold a festival for Music, Vocal & Speech and Drama for Youths only ie under 21 years of age on the first day of our festival.All participants receive a remarks sheet written by a fully qualified adjudicator.
