Arts Charities That specialise in Music

THE PURPOSE OF STRONGBACK PRODUCTIONS IS TO PROMOTE UNDERSTANDING, APPRECIATION, SUPPORT AND VALIDATION OF THE DIVERSITY OF MODERN BRITAIN THROUGH DRAMA, MIME, DANCE, SINGING, AND MUSIC AND CROSS ART FORMS.

The objects for which the Company is established are: the promotion of education in music, drama and visual arts and the appreciation of the arts amongst the Community and to provide facilities in the interests of Social Welfare for recreation and other leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom such facilities are primarily intended.

The objects of the Charity shall be to advance and encourage the study and practice of the the Arts of Music, Speech and Drama.The Charity:1. promotes an annual Festival2. has affiliated to the British & International Federation of Festivals for Music, Dance & Speech.

(a) To further the work of the Church by the ringing of bells and to promote all aspects of the same. (b) The advancement of the education of the public in the art and science of bellringing, by promoting and encouraging the practice of bellringing and by supporting the recruitment, training and development of bellringers.

A gospel music festival for the Celestial Church Of Christ members, friends and community important for salvation through the power of God music, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ through songs that encourage believers, helps reduce feelings of depression and anxiety, improve cognitive function and promote a sense of peace and wellbeing.

Valley Daffodils is a volunteer led group that provides activities to Disabled and Additional Learning Needs (D&ALN) young people and adults. We provide weekly and monthly sessions/events at various locations in Caerphilly to have fun in a safe, caring and inclusive environment. Some of the activities include pottery, music & dance, swimming, paddle boarding, animal therapy and sensory sessions.

We produce one main musical show annually in October, and a concert in the spring annually. We also give small, free of charge, concerts to local charities and organisations.

The object of the Society is to educate the public in the dramatic and operatic arts, to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts by the presentation of dramatic and operatic works of cultural and educative value and to assist and further such charitable institutions and charitable purposes as the Executive Committee from time to time determine.

Kidenza provides live, quality, fun orchestral concerts and workshops aiming to inspire children to find out more about music, learn an instrument and perform with others. We support teachers so that they develop skills and confidence to deliver a quality music education, and convince them of the benefits of music on children's all round ability to learn.

Musical Theatre

Bridgend Male Choir a larger Welsh male choir which performs concerts to assist in fund raising for charities throughout the UK and to promote choral singing

Hackney Youth Orchestras Trust is a music school for children and young people living or studying in Hackney and neighbouring boroughs. The School's progressive concessions policy makes it accessible to groups currently under-represented in music education. Students are taught by professional musicians both individually and in groups, leading to regular free public concert performances.

To advance music education for under 19 year olds in Melksham and Melksham Without parishes, in particular, but not exclusively by providing grants for the provision of instruments, tuition and books.

Provision of premises, Abbey Fields Community Centre, for use by the local community and organisations serving the local community in activities covering the music, art, health & fitness, sport, social and family activities for all age groups, backgrounds and interests.

Amateur dramatic and musical theatre society performing shows and musical entertainment in local theatres and function halls

1 The study and practice of choral music in order to educate the public in the knowledge and appreciation of such music by the presentation of concerts and other activities. 2 to further such charitable purposes as the trustees in their absolute discretion shall think fit, financially or otherwise but in particular by the making of small grants and donations.

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR BY SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF CURRICULA AND PRACTICES THAT ENHANCE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT INCLUDING THROUGH WORKSHOPS AND TRAINING SESSIONS IN ACTIVE LISTENING, THROUGH THE USE OF MUSIC.

The objects of the society shall be to educate the public in the Arts and Sciences, and in particular the Art and Science of Music, in the promotion of concerts and other activities.

Advancement of art by choral singing to a high musical standard, promote the benefits of community participation in choral singing particularly in Petworth and surrounding area, promote appreciation of the health and cultural benefits of choral singing and promote access to choral singing as a community activity

The school fund is used to hold funds which are given from parents for school activities and donations from charities to assist families with certain needs.Monies banked in this fund are used for such items as trips / swimming / theatre / photos / music lessons

Decibellas is open to all upper voice singers. We are based in Cheshire.We hold weekly rehearsals in term time led by a music director to learn choral works and improve our musicality and choral singing.We hold public concerts and other performances to share our our pleasure in singing

To hold an annual week long festival of music and art for the advancement of the arts for the public benefit and to promote appreciation of music and art of the highest standard. The festival to take place in the village of Burton Bradstock, Bridport, West Dorset.To educate the public including children in the subjects of music and art by arranging talks and workshops covering these subjects.

The principal activity of the company is to advance the education of the public in the Arts (and in particular but not exclusively in rural arts, crafts and music) and the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment.
