Derby Womens Centre provides a range of activities to enchance the well being of women and girls in Derbyshire. We deliver a highly respected counselling service, a series of drop in coffee mornings, alternative therapies, drama therapy, benefit & debt advice; employment & Volunteering advice. We run relaxation and confidence building courses and hold drama therapy classes & provide legal advice.

The Charity provides and assist in the provision of facilities for the recreational, educational, cultural, artistic and other leisure occupations in the interests of the social welfare of the inhabitants of the town of Bungay and surrounding communities.

St Edmund?s Hall in Southwold was originally built as a church hall - it plays host to a large number of community and church events.The building is in a poor state of disrepair. Sole Bay Arts has been established to a) operate the Hall as an arts and community centre and raise the necessary funds to refurbish the building and facilities to the benefit of all.

To advance education in the arts by the production and promotion of theatre plays; encouraging and promoting the study and appreciation of and participating in making of theatre; to provide, or assist in the provision of, facilities in the interests of social welfare, for recreation or other leisure time occupation of the public with the object of improving their quality and conditionsof life.

Present public productions of plays, musicals etc. - normally 12 shows a season, plus music and comedy nights throughout the year Train people in all aspects of theatre. Run 5 youth groups who learn stagecraft & public performance & we work closely with local schools and colleges to whom we offer workshops & low-cost tickets. Maintain & develop a Grade II listed building.

The charities activities are the carrying out research and publishing the useful results thereof and by encouraging and fostering interest and active participation in all aspects of theatre among women and other sections of society which are under-represented in theatre (or in certain areas of theatrical work) or which are denied access to theatre through a lack of awareness, opportunity or cost.

FADT NW offer performances and creative dance participation for people on a path to recovery from addiction through projects and regular groups.Participants experience dance theatre workshops as an enhancement to their addiction/ recovery programme, building confidence and self esteem, decreasing social isolation.

We run drama groups, singing and music projects, a professional Theatre Company, accessible film club and other creative activities for children, young people and adults with learning disabilities and autism in Kent & Medway. We celebrate difference, challenge perceptions and support people to shine in their own way. We nurture friendships, develop confidence, advance skills and improve wellbeing.

Interplay tours, nationally, a multi-sensory show for children, aged 5 To 18 with profound and multiple learning disabilities and undertakes bespoke arts intervention projects. It runs an industry-based learning programme across film, radio, music and theatre to create artistic products with 14- 16s not in education. Jumped Up Theatre Company is a dynamic and community-facing arts organisation based in Peterborough, We work with artists, develop audience and participation programmes, and programme shows and events, including the Platform8 Festival of Theatre. Moving Roots is our 3 year partnership with London's award-winning Battersea Arts Centre, funded by Garfield Weston and Esmee Fairbairn Foundations.

Colchester Gateway Clubs provides social clubs and activities for adults with learning disabilities. Our activities include craft, art, socialising, drama, music, dance, disco, trips, weekends away. We also provide an advocacy and support service to people with learning disabilities and their families/carers.

For the benefit to relieve people in need who are disadvantaged (whether through special or additional needs, dementia, communication disability, alcohol, substance abuse) by the provision of creative activities (including but not limited to music, drama and arts), an in connection with those activities to provide support and involvement for parents, guardians, siblings and carers.

Creating public performance works made by company dancers with a learning disability and presenting this work in London and sometimes nationally. Diverse Voices acts as a resource for young people up to the age of 18 living in the UK by providing advice and assistance, and organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities including: Theatre in Education (TIE); Workshops; After school, lunchtime & school holiday clubs; Our E-Learning Platform which currently covers 2 of our TIE projects and will continue to be expanded.

AKDC creates dance-theatre that is particularly concerned with issues affecting marginalised women not just from the mainstream but from within their own communities. It is from there that it draws its inspiration to tell stories as well as to shape its process -embedded in extensive workshopping that empower and stake hold women in the work. It also offers Kathak classes, and workshops for women.

IROKO utilises the arts, in particular but not exclusively African arts - storytelling, drama, music, dance, arts and crafts to engage, educate and improve the quality of life of disadvantaged people from different backgrounds, age groups and abilities through workshops, performances, exhibitions, training, research and provision of resources.

The charity's objectives are educational and its principal activity continues to be that of the production of theatrical art performances, introducing international drama to the British stage and public, and the upkeep and promotion of the theatre to that end.
