The Association administers the Cottam Community Centre.

To provide community activities and raise money for the maintenance of the hall.

Use of Village Hall for village activities eg: Bingo club, Playgroup, Toddlers Group, Local School activities, birthday parties, anything that the community wants it for

The Community Association is responsible for the management and running of the Bullingdon Community Centre. The activities include recreational and support services for children and families, young people, older people and people with disabilities. The areas of benefit are the Lye Valley and Churchill wards of Oxford.

To provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving lifestyles for the said inhabitants.To establish and secure a community centre and to maintain and manage the same.To support and promote the needs of the local community.

The building provides a venue for community activities (ie, weekly lunch club, art group, drama productions, yoga, zumba and other fitness classes, fund raising events and private hirings) as well as table tennis, darts etc . The committee is made up of 8 trustees and members of representative groups. The Aldborough Community Centre Team meets monthly and the wider group twice per year

Community Centre providing facilities for advancing education, recreation, social and leisure time occupation for local inhabitants.

Craghead Community Association aims to provide activities and events to improve the lives of those living in the Craghead area. They are also able to give advice to those wishing to offer a new activity or service. The Community Association own Craghead Village Hall, which has rooms that can be hired by external organisations with the proceeds supplementing and supporting community activity.

Youth Club and Junior Youth Club, Bingo, Advise Surgery, Football, Social Events, Outings, Coffee Morning, Faith Groups, Senior Citzens groups. Play Group 5 days a week ages 2-5, Judo, Job Club, Computer Courses, Line Dancing. Briar Community Association operates from the Betty Strathern Centre Myrtle Road Harold Hill but also covers the whole of the Harold Hill Estate.

THE BELMONT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION IS MADE UP OF DIFFERENT SECTIONS AND ORGANISATIONS THAT USE THE SAME FACILITIES. GROUPS INCLUDE WHIST, BOWLS, KEEP FIT, YOGA, MARTIAL ARTS AND BROWNIES. THE ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE APPEAL TO A WIDE RANGE OF THE COMMUNITY AND NEW GROUPS ARE SUPPORTED. THE ASSOCIATION ORGANISES SOCIAL EVENTS FOR THE COMMUNITY AND SUPPORTS OTHER CHARITIES THROUGH FUNDRAISING EVENTS.

Provide a Community Hall for as many users and activities as possible.

Promoting the benefit of the inhabitants of our area of operation (the Ystrad Meurig Community Council area), by advancing education and providing facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants; and maintaining and managing our Community Centre for these purposes.

The Salings Millennium Hall, in Piccotts Lane Great Saling was built in 2000 with the aid of Lottery Funding and is a focalpoint for community activities . The Main Hall is suitable for Parties, Weddings, Conferences and Indoor Sports. There is also a smaller separate Meeting Room. The Hall is available for hire and is widely used by local groups and clubs.There is a large parking area.

The Woodingdean Community Association provides facilities within the Community Centre for all residents to access. It is used for functions, clubs, societies, teaching, group meetings, dance classes and also large gatherings for the elderly who can be housebound for the majority of their time. It is also used by local colleges for courses for residents. There is also a kitchen area for all to use.

Community activities

The functions of the centre listed below are mainly for the elderly, keep fit, coach outings, whist drives & bingo.,coffee mornings

Community development in Newtown, Exeter and the neighbourhood. Establish and manage a building as a community centre for use primarily by community groups. Act as an umbrella organisation for activities within the area. The trustees have regard to guidance by the Charity Commission on public benefit to inform the planning of activities.

To provide facilities for recreation and leisure time to improve the lives of the inhabitants of the Risedale Ward by securing the establishment of the Community Centre and to maintain, manage and co-operate with local statutory authority in the maintanence and management of the Community Centre. To promote community activities for all age groups & provide a communal meeting place.

Affiliated groups meet on a regular basis, including guides, brownies, rainbows. There are exercise classes, keep fit, pilates, ki aikido, cycling, also sequence dancing, ballet dancing, slimming classes. Other classes include dog training, over 60's and a Church Group. Rooms are also rented out for socials, parties and meetings.

The Association runs the Walsworth Community Centre which is hired to community based organisations
