Associations Charities That specialise in Girlguiding

The Guide Association is the largest voluntary organisation for girls and young women in the UK. In Northamptonshire we have approximately 7,500 members, making us the largest voluntary youth group in the county. Members meet together, usually weekly, in units all over the county. Here they have the opportunity to take part in fun activities and new adventures.

Services: Sunday: Holy Communion 9 15 a.m., All-Age worship 11 a.m. (1st Sunday of the month with Holy Communion, 2nd Sunday with Baptism); Wednesday: Holy Communion at 11 a.m. Children's groups - Sparks, Flame, Blaze and Inferno - meet during the 11 a.m. service. A drop-in is held every Tuesday by appointment. Brownies and Rainbows groups meet in the Church.

Girlguiding Essex West is comprised of 10 Guiding Divisions. It is one of 12 Guiding Counties in the Girlguiding Anglia Region. Girlguiding Anglia is one of the 9 Countries and Regions of Girlguiding, which is the leading charity for girls and young women.

The Guide Association as part of a world wide movement enables girls and young women to fulfil their full potential to take an active role in todays society through its distintive stimulating and enjoyable programme of activities indoors and outdoors delivered by trained volunteers.

As well as worship on Sundays the Church is utilised fully throughout the week. Pensioner Clubs, Old People?s Lunch Club, function alongside Mother & Toddler, Youth Groups and uniformed organisations such as Brownies & Guides. The Church is also reaching out to those in need with a new Unemployed Person?s Drop-in and a Mental Health Club as well.

Girlguiding Wiltshire South, as part of a world-wide movement, enables girls and young women to fulfil their potential to take an active and responsible role in society through its distinctive, stimulating and enjoyable programme of activities delivered by trained volunteer leaders.

Central Glamorgan Girlguiding is part of Girlguiding UK - Girls can do anything. Within Guiding through fun, adventure and as safe space girls discover their potential and develop skills for adulthood. Through numerous activities, teamwork, leadership, and discussions. It helps them develop the skills and confidence and to make a difference to the world around them.

Regular acts of Chirstian worship, Christian fellowship, Christian prayer and Christianpreaching, Christian youth and children's activities including youth fellowships, SundaySchools, children's and youth groups, holiday clubs, Rainbows, Brownies and Guides, Parentand toddler groups, womens fellowships, providing fellowship and shared meals.

Helps girls & young women to develop emotionally, mentally, physically & spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their community & the wider world.

Provide premises at All Saints Methodist Church, Abingdon, for regular Christian worship, prayer and reflection Provide premises to organisations supporting young people (e.g. Pre School, and uniformed organisations e.g. Scouts, Brownies, etc), and for other local community groups, at reduced cost or for free Provide pastoral support to Church members and othersRaise funds for good causes

Girl Guiding

A variety of services on Sunday and Thursday's offer people a selection of opportunities to worship. During the week we have a number of activities catering for all age ranges with special events in the year. There is a focus on wellbeing and young people (Girls Brigade, Brownies and Guides, toddlers, musical memories, link clubs, reading groups)

Regular public worship open to all; the provision of sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation; pastoral work; fostering regular contact with church school and links with the wider community; Sunday Children's Clubs and support for Scouts, Cubs, Brownies, Rainbows; promoting the mission of Church through activities for interest groups; supporting charities in UK & overseas.

Girlguiding Hampshire West, as part of a worldwide organisation, enables girls and young women to fulfil their potential to take an active and responsible role in society through its distinctive, stimulating and enjoyable programme of activities delivered by trained and enthusiastic volunteer leaders.

Meeting for public worship, bible study and prayer. Pastoral care of church members and others in the community. Social events (church connected) supporting other charities meetings of uniformed organisations (guides & brownies, rainbows & beavers).

Girl Guiding South Yorkshire is part of Girl Guiding Uk whose statement of purpose is to promote the education of girls and young women to help them develop emotionally,mentally,physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their community and the wider world.

LETTING OF VILLAGE HALL TO GUIDES, BROWNIES, MARTIAL ARTS GROUPS, KEEP FIT CLASS, AMATEUR DRAMATICS GROUP, CHURCH, AND VARIOUS OTHER USES.

Operates in North Wiltshire and includes the following divisions : Kennet, Malmesbury, North Wiltshire, North West Wiltshire, Swindon North, Swindon South & Swindon West

Girlguiding Essex North East enables girls and women to experience the excitement of new challenges, the value of friendship and the opportunity to be part of our inclusive and progressive County.

Provide a venue for a pre school group, Brownies, fitness, sports and social groups, plus a conference room for local organisations. A mobile library uses the site car park.Available for private hire - all proceeds go to the upkeep of Hall. Funds are raised through grants, user groups, Hall bookings, events provided by the Hall, and donations.

Devon County Guide Association provides opportunities for girls and young women to meet and develop into caring, tolerant and confident people who will contribute positively to the community and the environment both in Devon and the country and the world.

Through fun, friendship, challenge and adventure we empower girls to find their voice, inspiring them to discover the best in themselves and to make a positive difference in their community. Girlguiding Manchester has Rainbow, Brownie, Guide and Ranger members aged 4 to 18. We fire their imaginations through challenges and adventures for all personalities

To pursue the objectives of the Guide Association to assist girls and young women to fulfil their potential to take an active and responsible role in society. The organisation offered a varied and balanced programme for all age groups, with training for Leaders a high priority, with a range of training opportunities being offered

Rainbows (5-7), Brownies (7-10), Guides (10-14), Rangers (14 and over) following interesting and challenging programmes at weekly meetings and residential events.
