Provision of Snack Bar facilities at Basildon Hospital Out Patents for the benefit of staff, patients and visitors. The tea bar is manned completely by volunteer staff Monday to Friday 10am to 2.00pm .

Recieving donations in lieu of flowers at funerals, organising annual fetes, running a charity shop and sweet trolley. Proceeds are used to donate equipment and furnishings to Paulton Memorial Hospital for the aid and treatment of patients.

Playing of music by schoolchildren.

Raising funds to be used for the benefit of patients in our hospitals. This is done through retail outlets, a shop and a teabar at St Helier hospital. There is also a yearly raffle draw.

The policy of the charity continues to be to derive its income from donations from various institutions and individuals and to make donations in accordance with the Trust objects.

Relieve of patients and former patients of the Hospital and other invalids in the commmunity

The primary purpose of the QCEA British Committee (BC) is to support the work of Quaker House in Brussels (QCEA). The Quaker Council for European Affairs (QCEA) was founded in 1979 to bear witness throughout Europe to Friends' long-standing concerns for peace, human rights and the right sharing of resources. It does this chiefly through staff based at Quaker House in Brussels.

Support education of Jewish visitors to India and in particular to Dharamsala - North India and to support the community which has been created in Israel from former Jewish visitors to India

The main aim of the charity is to raise funds to provide amenities and comforts for the benefit of patients and staff at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. We provide furniture and curtains for the wards as well as help with the purchase of medical equipment and supporting outpatient waiting areas.
