BASIL operates in the Guildford area of Surrey and supports the management team staffing The Surrey County Council (SCC) group homes at Mallow Crescent and associated properties. We are a group of parents, siblings and carers of People with a Learning Disabilities PwLD). We fund raise and lobby SCC re issues concerning the welfare of the PwLD.

Supporting the activity of the Glamorgan Heritage Coast Project in conserving the natural beauty of the environment and providing amenities for the general public.

Provision of musical support to Holy Trinity choir and organ and other activities relating to religious and other music at Holy Trinity. Supporting the training of organ scholars.

The "Friends" campaign to raise funds for the preservation, restoration and improvement of the fabric of the Parish Church of Great St. Mary's in Sawbridgeworth and the provision of articles for use in worship there.

Raise money to buy equipment and sundries for Solihull Hospital solely for the purpose of the welfare of the patients. We also provide a trolley service to all the wards serving sweets confectionary and non alcoholic drinks to the patients. We also run golf days, summer fete, social functions and a sales in the hospital for the visitors on a weekly basis.

Classification 302 does not really apply to us. Friends of Lyndon House is a support group, raising funds to provide leisure facilities and activities for the children who are resident at Lyndon House, an NHS Respite Care Unit.

The advancement of the Buddhism: (i) to encourage members and others to live in accordance with the Teaching of the Buddha. (ii) to support ordained members of the Western Buddhist Order and other duly ordained Buddhists, at the discretion of the Council of the FWBO. Active support for the daily life of Moorfields Eye Hospital from a network of volunteers. Financial support for the work of the Hospital, particularly the comfort and welfare of patients. Also funding for necessary equipment and miscellaneous items, responding to needs as and when highlighted.

The object of the Friends is to support Leeds Youth Opera (charity no. 1139608) in achieving its aims; and in furtherance of this object : To organise fund-raising and social events. To provide logistical support to Leeds Youth Opera productions. To administer and increase membership of the Friends of Leeds Youth Opera scheme . Fund raising and donation of funds for the advancement of the education of the pupils in Claremont School.Enable access to therapeutic treatment, exercise and improved wellbeing for disabled children and young adults, by providing and maintaining a hydrotherapy pool. The pool will benefit the children of Claremont Secondary School and disabled children / young adults in the Bristol area.

To maintain in working condition an old windmill at woodchurch for the benefit of the community and visitors. It is also a valuable educational facility inso far as many groups of youngsters visit the windmill to learn about traditional rural industries and the importance of environmental issues.

KINGSDOWN SCHOOL IS FOR PUPILS WITH SEVERE LEARNING DIFFICULTIES, PROFOUND AND MULTIPLE DIFFICULTIES, PHYSICAL DISABILITIES AND ASSOCIATED LEARNING DIFFICULTIES.THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION (NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY).

The charity provides resources for the education and training of disabled children by assisting in the provision of human resources and specialist equipment and services. The principal activities of the charity are fund raising to provide these resources and services.

To co-operate with the Parochial Church Council of Holy Trinity Church Much Wenlock in the preservation , repair, maintenance, restoration, improvement and ornamentation of the fabric and interior of HT Church.
