The Charity raises funds for additional activities and materials for the benefit of the children at Wardour Catholic Primary School.

We finance and organise activities to help maintain and improve Towneley Park, and which will encourage more people to visit and enjoy the park. We have a gardening club; craft club; bird feeding programme; mobility scooters on loan; himalayan balsam picking projects with school children; and 6 special events. We have had a play area built and had benches installed across the park.

Friends of Trinity provides an opportunity for parents/carers/members of the community to play an active role in supporting the Trinity Primary School in Portishead and its staff working towards furthering the educational, social and general opportunities of the children and to strengthen the sense of community.

Parents and carers work alongside staff and pupils within the school to organise fundraising events e.g. summer fairs, Ice-cream Fridays sales, cakes sales, Christmas fairs. These events, as well as raising vital funds, assist in building the community within the school and creating links with the local community.

The Friends of St. Peter's hold events to raise money for the school to spend on a wide range of items to enhance the children's learning.
