SCHOOL PARENTS ASSOCIATION

The Gatwick School's PTA is a parent teacher association. We organises fundraising events to fundraise for equipment, resources and the educational enrichment of our community.

Raising funds for Dulwich Wood Federation = Dulwich Wood Primary School and Dulwich Wood Nursery School

The Charity considers requests from the Parochial Church Council of Hagley Parish in funding any repairs deemed necessary to ensure worshippers are able to use the Church. It also assists in funding maintenance of the churchyard. Through meetings the Trustees may agree to these requests. The Charity may also raise funds through various activities to assist in the above.

Summer fair, quiz night, school discos, summer ball, duck race, calendar sales, panto, school performances and carol singing.

Raises money to support the teaching of advanced Talmudic study, in particular at the Talmudic college in Jerusalem known as Yeshivat Hakotel.

Inspired by the example of Jesus who "went about doing good", this trust aims in his name to try to prioritise and help address some of the identified practical and spiritual needs of prisoners and their families in this country and in Ethiopia and, through this holistic Christian approach, achieve positive changes for the benefit of them and the wider community whatever their beliefs.

The Friends of St Christopher's is a school parent's association. The Friends engage in activities to fulfill its aims and objectives of: advancing the education of the pupils, promoting good relations between staff, parents and others assoc. with the school and assisting in providing facilities for education not normally covered by the school's funds .

The objectives of the Charity are to advance the education of all pupils of the school; to engage in activities that support the school; to provide facilities or items for use at the school and; to develop the relationship between staff, pupils and parents.

The Education of pupils in the school, in particular by:3.1 Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school.3.2 Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which supports the school and advance the education of the pupils.

The charity continues to hold raffles and social events for the patients at the hospital. The charity is also involved in maintaining hospital gardens together with another local charity. Occasionally the group join in local charity activities and events.

The Friends was established to support and assist the Museum and to promote its use and enjoyment by the public in co-operation with its Trustees and Director. The Friends receive funds by donations, legacies and fund raising events. All funds may only be used for making grants to the Museum and for the proper expenses of administering the Friends.

The objects of the charity are to assist in the advancement of the education of the pupis of the school by engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advancement of the pupils, and developing effective relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school.

The main purpose of Bradwell Village Hall is to provide a central meeting place for all residents and their families and friends of the village. The hall is available to hire for private functions.The hall is used for village events,such as quiz nights,music and dancing.

PROVIDE A HYDROTHERAPY POOL FOR SEVERLY DISABLED CHILDREN

To advance the Christian religion forthe benefit of the public by raising funds towards the cost of anyrepairs or restoration required to thefabric or structure of the parishchurch of Holy Cross ChurchRamsbury.

The Friends of Cefnllys school are a group of parents, teachers and friends who raise funds for the needs of the school which are not financed by the local authority

We support patients at the hospital by fundraising and donations to provide equipment and extras for their benefit. We have store collections, a raffle, a coffee morning and people send us donations.

Fundraising and engage in activities which support the school and advance the education of the pupils attending it.

Numerous events based around school life

Public courses and other events in meditation and Buddhism, guiding and supporting those who wish to follow the Buddhist religion.

A number of fund raising activities are undertaken, including a Fete, Coffee Mornings, Concerts,Quizs, receipt of donations and bequests,maintenance and leasing a Property,an annual Draw, Bingo,Flag days,sponsored walks etc.Funding is then allocated for the benefit of Patients of the local Bodmin Hospital.

General fundraising activities with donations made to the Bursary Fund, Sports equipment, Duke of Edinburghs Award equipment, Musical instruments.

Various events for the children, families and friends of Greenfield Primary School, such as Summer and Christmas Fayres, school discos, a leavers barbque every July. Funds raised by the events are donated to the school to fund specific items.
