Income is received from annual subscriptions, investment income and fund raising. Legacies are irregularly received. Grants are awarded to the fabric of Truro Cathedral, its musical foundation, flower guild and other projects as agreed at annual general meeting.

To promote for the benefit of the public at large the provision of facilities for education, recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities. These facilities will be in the areas known as Broomhill Park and The Old Orchard, Strood, Rochester, Kent.

Fundraising through Christmas Bazaar, Summer Fair, Race Nights, Bingo and raffles. To Provide the school with new books for the library. Purchased projectors for classrooms and provide termly ICT funding to help cover costs of printing.

The Friends of Kennington Park work with Lambeth Council and local people to make the park the best it can be. We promote the development and improvement of facilities for recreation and leisure. We raise awareness of the park's important heritage and of its trees, plants and wildlife to help encourage interest and conservation. We hold regular events and work in partnership with local groups.

"The Friends of St Nicholas" was formed to collect funds for the maintenance of the fabric of the Church of St Nicholas, Godstone.

The Trustees intend to support the orphans of this home through grants providing funding for improvements to buildings and facilities, the provision of vehicles and to enable the proper payment of staff caring for the orphans.

Friends of Maesgwyn organise fundraising activities the proceeds of which are used to benefit the pupils of Maesgwyn Special School.

To promote and support the Sedgwick Museum, its activities and the earth sciences

We are a PTA Committee working together to organise various fun days for children and parents throughout the year. Annually we hold a summer fete where the whole community is invited to come along. All events are held to raise money in order to purchase items from a wish list prepared by the Head Teacher in order to aid the teaching welfare of the children attending the school.

Raise money to provide facilities and equipment for Minehead Hospital and the Community

We help our school by raising money to supply extra school/play equipment for the Children to use by having bazaars, fetes and holding activitives for the Children after school.

The primary activities of Friends of HCUK are:To promote higher education for students in the UK who are considering attending university, including university in the United States, by providing information, prizes and financial assistance;To encourage public service activities by Harvard students or alumni in the UK.

The education of the public by; promotion, support, assistance and improvement of the Erewash Museum through the activity of a group of friends.

To advance the education of the public in botany and horticulture by supporting thedevelopment of the Harris Garden as an amenity, in partnership with the University ofReading. To support and fundraise for selected charities through open days.
