The Friends of Highnam Church is established to:1. preserve, repair and maintain for the public benefit the Church of the Holy Innocents, Highnam, its fabric and works of art as of architectural, artistic and historic value;2. preserve, repair and maintain the churchyard and boundaries of aforesaid Church.

Hospital in Israel

The charity continues to hold raffles and social events for the patients at the hospital. The charity is also involved in maintaining hospital gardens together with another local charity. Occasionally the group join in local charity activities and events.

Fund raising events to support the school

Girl Guiding Holyhead continues to work with young girls within the guiding movement.

The charity was formed for the purposes of providing financial and practical support to the Oriental Museum (which is part of the University of Durham) and to inform members about all aspects of the history, culture etc. of the Orient (through lectures, events, etc.).

FUNDRAISING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUPILS OF TATWORTH PRIMARY SCHOOL, TATWORTH, SOMERSET.

We are a small committee made up of parent volunteers whose aim is to fundraise for the schools Special Needs children and put back every penny of that money into purchasing specialist equipment for our children. This may be anything from sensory resources, furniture, specialist outdoor equipment, send pupils on a residential holiday, or saving to purchase a new minibus.

The Friends of the Commons augment the work of the Commons Conservators and the Ranger. We do this by members volunteering to work on the Commons. Typical activities include picking up litter, clearing scrub, enhancing public access and helping to promote ecological diversity. We also help to fund associated expenditure, particularly for items not normally covered in the Conservators' budget.

A charity to assist in maintaining the fabric and contents of St Nicholas' Church, Linton, Kent

Raising money to help pay for the maintenance and improvement of the church fabric.

The charity exists solely as support for the Gloucester Waterways Museum in Gloucester Docks. This support is both financial (usually to support particular projects in the Museum) and through the help given by individuals to maintain and run working exhibits at the Museum (for instance the Dredger, Narrow Boat etc).

To provide fiscal support in the maintenance of the buildings and fabric of Sherrington Parish Church.

To support The Rifles (Berkshire & Wiltshire) Museum

The Friends of St. Benet's raise funds to enrich the education of pupils at St. Benet's Primary School in Beccles, Suffolk, through grant applications, school discos, bake and ice cream sales, and a variety of other fun events.

Support for the Governors and raising funds to enhance the School's activities including teaching staff availability

As a Church Aided School, FAPS recognise that 10% of the devolved capital formula allocation is not provided by state funds, FAPS therefore raise and provide this amount to the School Governors. Additional funds raised are used to enrich the experiences available to the children, such as a vegetable garden, art week materials, fabric for school play costumes, coach travel to annual pantomime.

To fundraise as a PTA and ensure all monies made goes directly back into the school, ultimately benefitting the children.
