MEMBER OF ROTARY INTERNATIONAL - WORLDWIDE ORGANISATION OF OVER 1.2 MILLION MEMBERS. OBJECT IS TO PROVIDE SERVICE IN THE COMMUNITY BY UTILISING THE SKILL SETS OF THE MEMBERS. CLUB OPERATES IN THE LOCAL AND NATIONAL AS WELL AS INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY. MONEY IS RAISED LOCALLY BY HOLDING RAFFLES, STREET COLLECTIONS, A VARIETY OF FUND RAISING EVENTS.

TO APPLY BOTH THE CAPITAL AND INCOME FOR THE RELIEF OF THE POOR AND NEEDY OR TO OR FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE, INSTITUTION, SOCIETY OR OBJECT AS THE CLUB SHALL IN DULY CONSTITUTED MEETING FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT.

The Charity receives regular donations from the members of the Rotary Club of Leicester. These donations are dispersed to at the discretion of the members to The Rotary Foundation and other local and national charities. The Club also raises money for specific projects through requests for donations and fund raising events involving Club members; other Rotary Clubs and the general public.

The Rotary Club of Wickford is part of the worldwide service organisation Rotary International. It supports all RI's projects. Locally it supports various voluntary organisations such as scouts, guides, local hospices and hospitals as well as schools. It also makes donations to deserving individuals. Charitable Activities include Community service, International Service and Rotary Foundation. Financial contributions are made to a variety of individuals & organizations approved by Club Council.

The charity continues to raise funds and distribute them in line with its objectives.It continues to be run by members of the Rotary Club of Hitchin Priory.

General fundraising through organising and arranging specific events such as a Golf day, Beer Festival, Comedy Events, Christmas Grotto, Dance in a Barn etc.

The objective of the Rotary Club Of Southport Trust Fund is the relief of the poor & needy or such other charitable purpose, institution, society or object as the club shall in duly constituted meeting from time to time direct

Raising funds from Club members and by general activities in order to offer financial assistance to individuals and organisations, in particular projects sponsored by Rotary International.

Through the Rotary Club funds are raised by fund raising and social events. Those funds, in certain circumstances can be "multplied" via the Rotary Matching Grants at District, National and International level to fund larger project, particularly to assist in poorer countries. In addition assistance can be offered in practical waysby Rotarians employing their business skills to help others.

The Rotary Club of Radcliffe is a member of Rotary International a worldwide fellowship of business and professional people united in the ideal of service. The object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service by persuing such charitable objectives as club shall, from tme to time, direct.

RAISE MONIES TO SUPPORT LOCAL NEEDY GROUPS SUCH AS MENTALLY ANDPHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED,SCHOOLS,AGED,CHURCH AND YOUTH IN LOCAL AREA.ALSO TO CONTRIBUTE FINANCIAL HELP TO AREAS ABROAD FOLLOWING DISASTERS,AND TO HELP SUPPORT SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES .

Fund raising events are held locally. They include a Classic Car Run, a Cycling Sportive & a stall at the Victorian Day. Some donations are made directly by members of the Rotary Club of Chipping Sodbury to Rotary International's own charity (the Rotary Foundation).Funds raised go partly towards grants to registered charities (local & international). Some goes to individuals who meet our aims.

For the benefit of the poor and needy or to or for the benefit of such other charitable institutions, societies and objects as the club shall in duly constituted meeting from time to time direct.

Financial and practical support to local and national organisations and groups of people in need. Financial support to people affected by international disasters (e.g. Earthquakes, Tsunamis) and to other charities concerned with the welfare of people in need in countries overseas.

The trust fund maximises the benefit of Pershore Rotary Club's fund raising activities. The trust fund makes donations & grants to organisations operating within the spheres of health, community care, water provision & education locally and internationally; payments are normally toward capital projects. The accounts list each organisation in receipt of a grant/donation during the financial year.

Making donations to charities, voluntary bodies, institutions and other organisations for the benefit of local & international projects with particular emphasis on assisting the disadvantaged and the elderly. The club have supported a project in Sierra Leone to build a village. This finished in the autumn of 2011.

The charity supports the worldwide charitable activities of the Rotary movement, raising funds for worthy causes and providing assistance to the needy in the local community.
