During the year ended 31st March, the groups objectives and aims were to provide scouting for youth in the Perivale area by teaching skills which may benefit their future careers and to promote good citizenship. Activities included each sections own weekly meetings and outings, participation in several events organised by Greenford and District Scout Council and camps for the cub and scout section

The Scout Group has Beaver, Cub, Scout and Explorer Units. The Aim of the association is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full potential, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local national and international communities by providing an enjoyable and attractive scheme of progressive training based on the Scout Promise and Law.

We aim to produce young people who are able to be a full part of there local, national and international communities. we do this by offering a exciting and interesting programme of education and activities that are geared towards how we view ourselves and interact with other people and groups.

PROVISION OF UNIFORMED YOUTH ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN HAWLEY

Education and learning The Scouting group provides a safe and structured environment to enable youngsters to experience a wide range of activities. These are covered within the badgework programme of the Scout Organisation as well as fund raising, day trips, camping and overseas trips. These are all supervised by fully qualified CRB cleared adults endorsed by The Scout Association.

The aim of the scout movement is to promote the development of young people.

Our activities include Outdoor events: canoeing, hikes, nature trails, wide games, camping, rockclimbing and other scout activities. Improving social and community skills

EDUCATION/TRAININGSPORT/RECREATION

Various scouting activities including hiking, camping, map reading, fundrasing, sports and craft.

SCOUTING ACTIVITIES TO CHILDREN OF TUNSTALL AND GOLDENHILL AREAS IN STOKE-ON-TRENT

PROVIDING HELP, GUIDANCE AND ASSISTANCE FOR YOUNG PERSONS. SCOUT GROUP

We support the Nettleham Scouting and Girl Guiding groups by providing the safe and secure premises within which they are headquartered. We do this by fundraising and hiring out of the facilities so that we can maintain and improve the infrastructure and provide utilities to the groups. We operate in the village of Nettleham, Lincoln serving the immediate area and its surrounds.

Member of Scout Association and operate scout activities for boys and girls from age 6 to age 14.

To contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential as individuals and members of their local and national communities.
