We are a Scout Group based in North Baddesley, which is between Romsey and Southampton in Hampshire. Our group is open to Boys and Girls. The purpose of Scouting is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.

Scout Group

training and education for cubs,beavers and scouts,outdoor games,flying and gliding experiences and camping at Lingwood and surrounding area in Norfolk

Our group is part of the Scout Association and provides a meeting place for young people to take part in scouting activities as part of the programme provided.

General scouting activities running sections for Beavers, Cubs and Scouts from ages six and a half to fifteen. Boys and girls are encouraged to join and take full part. We own our own Scout Hall which is used from Monday - Thursday with a Brownie Pack using it on a Wednesday. The Hall is also available to other organisations within the local community.

WEEKLY MEETINGS FOR BEAVER SCOUTS, CUB SCOUTS AND SCOUTS WHERE THEY PARTICIPATE IN ALL MANNER OF ACTIVITIES FROM GAMES TO LEARNING KNOTS AND BADGEWORK. CAMPS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES WITHIN DISTRICT/COUNTY EG. CHESTER DISTRICT GANGSHOW AND CHESTER DISTRICT ST GEORGE'S DAY PARADE

The Charity is a Scout Group within the Scout Association whose aims and activities are designed to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens, and as members of their local, national, and international communities, based on the Scout Promise and Law and guided by adult leadership.

To provide Scouting by actively engaging and supporting young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society. This purpose is achieved through the Scout Method, Scouting takes place when young people, in partnership with adults, work together based on the values of Scouting.

Scouting activities for children aged 6-14

PROVIDES TRAINING, DISIPLINE AND ACTIVITIES AND ADVENTURE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE OF SCOUTING AGE.

EDUCATION AND SPORTING ACTIVITIES PROVIDED FOR YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THE SCOUTING ASSOCIATION

Oversee the running of the scout and guide hut. Monitoring and raising income and allocating to the voluntary bodies that utilise the facilities

Scouting Actively Engages and Supports Young People in thier personal development. Empowering them to make apositive contribution to society

DEVELOPING YOUNG PEOPLE IN PHYSICAL,SOCIAL AND INTELLECTUAL AREAS. CAMPING, ORIENTEERING, FUND RAISING AND HELPING OTHERS IN EAST DEVON. PROMOTING THE ETHOS OF THE SCOUT MOVEMENT.

WE ARE PART OF THE SCOUT ASSOCIATION PROVIDING TRAINING AND WELLBEING TO CHILDREN AGED 4 TO 18 YEARS OLD

Scouting activities for Young People ranging in age between 6~14.5

Beaver, Cub and Scouting activities provided in the Norbiton area, together with supporting activities, including events, hikes and camps. Area served is the London Borough of Kingston-Upon- Thames

Education including Young Leader training, basic life support. Faith activites, including attending church. Recreation including canoeing, camping, climbing, abseiling, football, games. Scouting activities including knots, backwoods cooking, badge work.
