Our main program is Not Alone, which serves over 9,000 orphans in Egypt, through mentorships with hundreds of church volunteers. Our emphasis is on transformation of children and those around them. St Luke's CARES is a small innovative charity committed to supporting communities across inner South Leeds. Our programmes include The Shine Project, support girls at risk, The First Steps Project providing training and work experience to those furthest from the labour market, and a series of social enterprises designed to engage the local community and raise money for the charity's projects.
