Financial assistance in the form of a single cash grant payable by one or more instalments to single women (widows, spinsters and divorcees) in reduced circumstances and of good character living alone, on low incomes, who have lived in the borough of Doncaster for the past two years.

Providing women with educational opportunities & the chance to build new skills, to take part in a wide variety of activities & to campaign on issues that matter to them & their communities.

Provide education, interests and entertainment for women in the local community, in an informal, sociable setting. We link with members around the country.Meetings are held once a month and speakers are arranged to cover a variety of interests, both informative and entertaining.

Small annual raffle otherwise income is from donations, interest and dividends and subscriptions.Disbursements to pupils of Wirral Grammar School for Girls in the form of Prizes also Loan & Gift Fund available to help, on request, with education.

The object is to advance the education of the pupils in Coloma Convents Girls School.The association may develop more extended relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school, engage in activities which support the school and advance the education of the pupils attending it and provide and assist in the provision of facilities for education at the school.

The functions are social and benevolent and objects are to assist necessitous members and the widows and orphans of deceased members, also to support such external philanthropic and charitable objects in the local area (Peterborough and surrounding District) as may be deemed desirable.

To maintain and administer a fund to afford relief and assistance to:1)Members of the Bournemouth Chamber of Trade & Commerce who, from unavoidable misfortune, may be in distressed circumstances2)The widows or dependents of Members who may be in need3) Corporate Members of BCTC who need financial support to establish a new business or re-focus an existing business

Support, advise and rehabilitate victims of domestic violence and forced marriages. To support, advise and rehabilitate refugee women and displaced families. To research into the impact of armed conflict on Women and Children.

We are a local branch of the Women's Institute. We hold 11 main meetings a year. These mostly involve a speaker, refreshments, a raffle and an informal competition. We hold many other events during the year (including an outing, group lunches, a tea party, two coffee mornings, monthly get-togethers, a craft group and various sporting activities). Women of 18 years and above are welcome to join.

Girlguiding Bournemouth South follows the Girlguiding programme and gives girls and women a safe space where they can be themselves through adventures, having fun, building friendships and gain valuable life skills. We give them an opportunity to fulfil their potential and make a positive difference in their lives and communities and confidence for future challenges.

We cater for girls from 5 - 25 years, we have a management committee for our camp-site.Our activities are centred around our promise, to love God,to serve Queen and country, to help other people and to keep the Guide law.Our girls have fun, badges to complete according to their age and ability. We do not distinguish between race or disability.

Provides charitable services to members of The West Of England Ladies Kennel Society .Helps members and ex members to care for their dogs.i.e. pays vet bills or helps to repair kennels etc.

Women In Music is a national organisation that celebrates women's music making across all genres of music. We raise awareness of gender issues in music and support women musicians in their professional development.
