SLOW offers emotional and practical support to bereaved families that have lost a child in any circumstances. The charity currently provides support groups for bereaved parents when a child has died in the family; sibling support workshops for bereaved children that have lost a brother or sister and help and advice for professionals working with bereaved families.

The policy of the Federation is to raise funds & organise courses, lectures & events to advance the education of women in citizenship, public affairs - both national & international in music, drama and other cultural subjects. WE PROVIDE INTERVIEW COACHING, HIGH QUALITY INTERVIEW CLOTHES AND STYLING ADVICE. WE HELP WOMEN TO FEEL CONFIDENT, LOOK FABULOUS, SUCCEED AT THEIR JOB INTERVIEW AND MOVE ON WITH THEIR LIFE.

UWF strives to help the poor, especially women, to overcome the suffering and lack of life's basic necessities and skills.
