THE BULK OF THE MONIES AFTER THE ABOVE IS USED FOR PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OR TRAINING TO PERSONS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 18 A 25 AND PROVIDING GRANTS TO SCHOOLS TO MEET EXPENDITURE, NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE EDUCATION AUTHORITY. THE BENEFICIAL AREA IS THE ANCIENT PARISH OF CARTMEL AS DEFINED IN THE TRUST DEED.
