The Wiener Library is one of the world's leading archives on the Holocaust and Nazi era. Gingerbread (National Council for One Parent Families) is the national charity working with single parent families to understand their challenges and ensure that their needs are met. We provide expert information and advice, membership and training opportunities. We campaign against poverty and stigma to promote fair and equal treatment and opportunity for single parent families.

We have been at the forefront of social science research and development for over 70 years, applying ideas and providing practical support to individuals and organisations dealing with issues of change, innovation and policy delivery. To allocate grants to raise the standard of service of local hospitals in order to assist the development of the Oxford University Medical School.

The College's main activity is the provision and administration of the Gresham Lectures given by the Gresham Professors in a tradition going back more than 400 years. The College also organises seminars and conferences and publishes papers in pursuance of the College's policy of re-interpreting 'the sharing of the new learning for free' which was Sir Thomas Gresham's intent, in contemporary terms.

Provision of legal advice, casework and representation to local communities.

The current activities are to further public education in botany,horticulture and zoology and provide facilities for research. In addition the charity maintains and operates the Birmingham Botanical Gardens and Glasshouses for the above purpose and for the recreation of the public.

The charity supports the Building Crafts College through an annual grant and also makes grants to other charities and individuals within the building craft.

THE CHARITY WORKS WITHIN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF HARBORNE (HARBORNE & SMETHWICK AND PARTS OF QUINTON AND BEARWOOD). IT PROVIDES GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANISATIONS WHICH SUPPORT PEOPLE IN THE AREA AND ALSO PROVIDES HOUSING WITH SUPPORT FOR 100 ELDELY OR DISABLED PEOPLE

The poor and disadvantaged are those most affected by public bodies: access to health care, asylum, benefits and affordable housing depend on decisions of public bodies. Such decisions should be made in accordance with public law. The Public Law Project challenges public bodies and improves decision-making through advice and litigation, research and policy work and training other advisers.

Guidance, advice and representation covering the city of Wolverhampton and Dudley borough, surrounding areas (for particular specialist legal aid cases, pension guidance, debt advice and most aspects of benefits). Influencing social policy, improving employability, financial capability and energy advice is also offered.

The charity makes grants to charitable institutions whose objects are to advance religion in accordance with the Orthodox Jewish Faith and for educational purposes and for the relief of poverty.

This is a grant-making trust offering financial support to other UK registered charities for a wide range of charitable purposes throughout the UK & overseas. Capital or project funding is favoured over revenue funding.
