The Trustees meet four times a year to consider applications for financial assistance from individuals and organisations within a 5 mile radius of the church of St John the Baptist, Midsomer Norton.They make grants as they deem appropriate.

1) Tours of historic, restored water mill - to public and educational groups. 2) Mount exhibitions in Art Gallery by a range of artists including community groups. 3) Educate the public in the history of the architecture of the mill, mills in general and an appreciation of the arts. 4) Provide space in Mill buildings for artisan crafts, workshops, food retailers, cafe/restaurant and gift shop.

The primary objectives of MMM are to:Raise awareness of health issues surrounding high BP and emphasize the importance of regular blood pressure measurementEncourage and facilitate opportunistic BP screenings in local communitiesSupport research and advocacy efforts to improve global hypertension management

THE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT FORUM (UKFIET) PROVIDES A PROACTIVE FORUM FOR UNIVERSITIES, NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATIONS, CONSULTANCY GROUPS AND PROFESSIONAL ORGANISATIONS WORKING FOR EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT INTERNATIONALLY, TO SHARE IDEAS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE AND SERVE AS A RESOURCE TO POLICY MAKERS.

THE CHARITY OPERATES IN GHANA, KENYA & ZANZIBAR, WHERE IT PROVIDES GRANTS TO FURTHER THE FOLLOWING:- EDUCATION AND TRAINING - PROVISION OF MATERIALS, BUILDING NEW SCHOOL BUILDINGS AND ALSO REPAIRING AND IMPROVING EXISTING BUILDINGS- ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH- PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF POVERTY- SUPPORTING AMATEUR SPORT- AIDING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

1.The advancement of the Christian religion in accordance with the statement of beliefs particularly but not exclusively in Macclesfield (Hereinafter known as the ?Area of Benefit?)2.Relief of those in need in particular but not exclusively the elderly and those persons in condition of financial hardship in the area of benefit3.To advance public education in the area of benefit.

Providing support and information to women and girls who have suffered sexual violence or abuse; through helpline, Live Chat and email services. We also offer counselling and group work. In addition, we have an Independent Sexual Violence Advocate, aimed at Black and ethnically minoritised women.Working in partnership with commissioners, local groups, voluntary and statutory organisations.

The Circuit's policy is framed in the light of the Methodist Church's calling. Through the structures of the Circuit local churches assist each other to respond to their calling seeking to deploy shared resources effectively to that end.

Awards Main Foundation Grants to help women in the final year of a PhD.Awards Emergency Grants to graduate women on a post graduate course who then face an unforeseeable financial crisis.Awards Theodora Bosanquet bursaries are offered annually to women graduates whose research in History or English Literature requires a short residence in London.

The charities objectives and activities are:a) to advance the education of the public in the performing arts andb) to provide or assist in the facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities with the object of improving their conditions of life.

We offer specialist advice, information, casework, advocacy, counselling, freedom progamme and ESOL classes for women. We help BME women find safe temporary accommodation when fleeing domestic violence. We signpost women for immigration advice.We have weekly children's activities promoting confidence and building self esteem of all girls in Suffolk . We work with vulnerable women in Zimbabwe.

- Running a weekly Sunday drop-in for asylum seeker, refugee and migrant families at Clifton Children's Centre.-English Language classes- Outreach with and for the asylum, refugee and migrant community in the City of York.- Campaigning on behalf of local asylum seeking individuals and families.- Organising the annual Refugee Week in York.- Events during and outside Refugee Week.

Provides grants, financial support and other support necessary for the welfare or abused, neglected or orphaned working animals in Morocco.

The activites of the charity are to advance, for the public benefit, the education (including social, physical, spiritual and mental development) of young people in the North East of England by making grants to other charities, ministries and organisations.

START works in the city of Plymouth, offering individual support, advocacy and outreach services to asylum seekers and refugees. START aims to facilitate the transition of refugees, and vulnerable minority ethnic groups, from people in need to self-reliant contributors to their local communities.

HALTON SPEAK OUT was founded in 2001. We converted to a CIO in November 2016. We continue to support individuals with learning disabilities and other vulnerable people by offering a wide range of services including self advocacy, person centred planning, employment opportunities, training, peer advocacy, dramatic and visual arts education and participation.

The Global Warming Policy Foundation is an educational charity. Its main purpose is to advance the public understanding of global warming and of its possible consequences, and also of the measures taken or proposed to be taken in response to such warming.
