To promote, improve and maintain public education and appreciation of the art and science of music in all its aspects by the presentation of public concerts and recitals and by such other ways as the society through its committee shall determine from time to time.

Activities in accorance with the rules and regulations of the Scout Association as laid down in POR (Policy Organisation and Ruls)

Fund raising consists of hospital retail shop. We run various raffles and receive funds from collection boxes placed in retail shops in the area. We also hold a Christmas raffle and bazaar. We also obtain funds from the sale of donated goods. Additional fund raising events are held from time to time as and when decided on by the trustees.

Provides grants to individuals attending universities or other learning establishments in Great Britain as students of Anthropology, or research and teaching assistants in such departments.

We provide a three monthly news bulletin magazine for our members in the Midlands area.We make grants to individuals and provide care and counselling services to people with special needs e.g. people with an ileostomy and we raise funds to cover our activities.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING AND OPERATING A PICTURE RESEARCH LIBRARY FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY RESEARCH OR VISUAL OR AUDIO AIDS IN THE DECORATIVE ARTS, ARTS, MOTION PICTURE INDUSTRY AND FOR THE APPRECIATION OF SUCH MATTERS AMONGST THE PUBLIC. Since 1975, the library has supplied a free public access to a large collection of visual references classified by subjects.

The promotion and advancement of the aesthetic education of the public and the cultivation and study of the decorative and fine arts for the benefit of the public through the provision of lecture meetings, outside visits and study days.

The trustees award grants to various organisations and individuals in the field of church and other charitable activities, in acordance with the wishes of the late Samuel Gurney.

The objective of the Trust is to assist the education of the public concerning the institution of marriage. Fraddon Village Hall provides a central, permanent venue for social, recreational and educational activities for the local community and organisations within Cornwall, at a reasonable cost, but to enable it to remain self supporting. The hall operates an all inclusive policy and has full disabled facilities for the use of patrons .

Grants to UK registered charities only: none to individuals or to unsolicited applications. Funds fully committed.

Provision of grants to six widows in the area of benefit. Grants to apprentices, students in further/higher education residing within the area of benefit.

The charity's activities include the running of Girlguiding Dunstable Division, Windy Sayles (indoor residential, activity centre and campsite) and Windy Sayles shop (selling badges, books, uniform etc)

Grants to people from countries that are not part of the Commonwealth, or were not part of the British Empire, and who are at present resident in London

A grant making Charity covering the original Ecclesiastical Area of Fareham. Priority is given to widows of the parish.

Wilmington Parochial Charity makes grants to those parishioners in need and gives careful thought and consideration to any person living within the parish requiring immediate financial assistance. The charity under the terms of the trust gives 15-17% of its capital distribution for educational needs where money is not provided by the LEA.

The society organises ten lectures each year on the decorative and fine arts. It has a church recorders group whose researches produce records of the fabric and contents of churches for presentation. Volunteers assist museums and other institutions with the cataloguing and maintenance of heritage property. The society makes grants to support arts projects in the community.

Financial grants to young people below the age of 21, resident in or at an educational establishment or apprenticeship in Greater London.

For people with learning disabilities and their families. Aims to enable people with learning disabilities to access leisure and social activities in the community and opportunities for personal development including self-advocacy.Campaigns for the rights of people with a learning disability and works with other organisations and groups for the benefit of people with learning disabilities.

To MANAGE IT'S INVESTMENTS AND MAKES GRANTS OF IT'S INCOME TO ST. JAMES' CHURCH, ARNSIDE CUMBRIA.

The charity holds fundraising events and organised occasional activities to assist the work of Maidstone's museums and create greater access to their collections. The charity operates a Friends scheme and applies for grant funding to enable it to assist in the furtherance of public education by way of supporting, promoting, assisting and improving the Maidstone Museums and Art Gallery.

Barley WI exists to support women in our local village community and to promote friendship, develop creative skills, campaign on National and local WI issues and to be involved in activity to support village life.

The Charity makes donations to individuals and groups within the village that are in need of financial assistance.

In pursuance of the choir's objectives to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of music in all its aspects, COLS presents three concerts each year together with other occasional musical activities.
