Supporting individuals, charities and other charitable organisations, primarily by the provision of grants and gifting educational equipment. The majority of the support provided is to outdoor and character building activities by young people based in the North West of England and edcuational, religious and cultural activities and institutions.

Freedom Matters works with local organisations in Nepal to fight for the rights of each child, in particular the rights to a family and community life free from abuse, the worst forms of child labour and trafficking. We work entirely through our local partner organisations (NGOs) in Nepal. We do not provide grants to other charities.

The charity's principle activity throughout the year was the provision and distribution of donations and grants to charities. The charity aims to maximise its grants and donations on an annual basis.

To advance the education of the public in general, according to the tenets of the orthodox Jewish faith, in such ways as the charity trustees think fit and advance the orthodox Jewish faith for the benefit of the public. The Trust exists to advance the education of the public by acquiring, holding, restoring and maintaining the Churchill Archive and by making it available for the purposes of research and viewing.

The charity makes grants to advance a broad range of charitable activities, with a particular focus on the advancement of education, health and the relief of those in need by reason of ill health or disability. In particular, the charity supports organisations based in North and West Yorkshire and those with whom it has an existing relationship.

FoR was founded in 1914 as a body of people who accepted that Christian faith is incompatible with participation in war. THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE:A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY WORLDWIDEB) THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE AREAS OF PRIMARY HEALTHCARE, SMALL SCALE ECONOMIC GROWTH AND AGRICULTURE

The charity makes grants to educational institutions and community projects. It sponsors students pursuing higher education and provides educational tools to the schools. It has purchased land for the construction of a new school and provided finance for the construction of a 300 seater hall for a school assembly.

To promote the efficiency and effectiveness of other charitable, voluntary or community organisations with the necessary support, information and services to respond to Modern Slavery and exploitation within the UK. To advance the education of the public about Modern Slavery through raising awareness about it's nature, how to safeguard and how to report crimes.

This charity makes grants for education (fairly widely defined) to individuals under 25 whose homes are within 5 miles of Norwich City Hall whose parents are not able to afford the expense involved, examples vary from playgroup fees to second degrees and include school uniform, trips, music dance and gym tuition. Funds are limited! Grants may be made to schools etc. within the area.

The charity has carried out the following activities during the year to achieve its objectives:1. Hire of the community centre for community, educational and recreational activities.2. Operation of a coffee shop within the centre. 3. Holding of fundraising events for the benefit of the community.

The giving of grants and donations to individuals and institutions - maintaining an Evangelical Christian ethos and providing funding for the advancement of education, the preservation of child life, the relief of child distress, the advancement of religion and the relief and redemption of prisoners and captives.

THE AWARD OF PRIZES AND THE PROVISION OF SPECIAL BENEFITS FOR THE SCHOOL OF THE FOUNDATION AND AS REGARDS PRIZES, FOR THE OTHER COUNTY AND VOLUNTARY SCHOOLS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE FOR HIGHER EDUCATION TO RESIDENTS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. THE MAKING OF ANNUAL GRANTS TO THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL OF THE FOUNDATION.

The Charities were combined from a number of small charities from the 1970s for the benefit of people living in the parishes of Epping and Theydon Garnon. Part of the money is used for relief in need and part is used for education grants to students under the age of 24. The charity has made gifts to the elderly at Christmas time, book grants to students and travel grants to students.

The support, mentoring and training of leaders of Christian churches & NGOs in the Middle East, North Africa, Asia & other nations. By organising conferences & workshops for leaders and church members, developing printed & online training materials, & making grants to churches & NGOs sharing these charitable purposes. Training UK churches to support & care for personnel working overseas.

(1) The advancement of animal welfare through the provision of veterinary and rehabilitative care for sick, injured and orphaned wildlife for release back into its natural habitat where possible; and (2) The advancement of education of the public, specifically concerning the welfare and conservation of British wildlife species.

The objects of the charity, as amended on 15 June 2004, are the provision of care for persons in need, mainly in the inner Plymouth area, and the trustees may relieve those eligible for assistance by making direct grants or providing goods and services and by making grants to other persons or bodies who provide such assistance.

(a) To promote for the benefit of the public the conservation, protection, and improvement of the physical and natural environment of the land owned and/or managed by Grith Pioneers, by conducting a variety of environmental improvement and woodland management activities.(b) To advance the education of the public by providing access to the natural environment for camps and outdoor activities.

Grant making for general charitable purposes.

The BDA GET exists to advance education and other purposes related to the science of dietetics. The Trust can make grants to individuals and to recognised associations or groups of people engaged in dietetic research and associated activities.
