The objects of the charity are to make grants for charitable purposes to other charities and individuals.

We make grants primarily to culture and heritage; nature conservation; and activity, health and wellbeing (including research). We mainly support national charities, but also local charities if their beneficiaries or activities are located in North Wales, London or South East England (specifically Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire).

The Norman Family Charitable Trust is a grant making charity. Grants are given at the Trustees' discretion to any charitable causes within the South West with preference for Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. The principal objectives of Brixton Advice Centre are to promote access to justice by providing good quality advice and assistance. This includes legal advice and representation to people who would otherwise be unable to afford legal services. The Centre also supports people maximise income and to better manage their lives.

Grant Making for relief of poverty

The Charity supports priests of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Plymouth by:* the payment of grants to Diocesan Priests in need;* the payment of Allowances to Diocesan Priests, (including former Members), who have resigned from ecclesiastical office;* the provision of assistance, of whatever kind, to relieve Diocesan Priests who are sick, infirm or elderly.

The Society is the leading organisation in the UK for those interested in the study of Rome and the Roman Empire. Its scope is wide, covering Roman history, archaeology, literature and art to about A.D. 700. LIVERPOOL COMMUNITY ADVICE'S SOLE PURPOSE IS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE, AND THROUGH PERSONAL ADVICE POINT THE WAY TO RESOLVING ISSUES, DEALING WITH DEBTS, MAXIMISING INCOME, PREVENTING HOMELESSNESS, IN FACT ANYTHING FOR WHICH PEOPLE NEED HELP AND SUPPORT.
