STOP THE TRAFFIK is a global movement which exists to build resilient communities to disrupt and prevent human trafficking: We equip people to understand what trafficking is, how it affects them and what they can do about it. Action for M.E. was established for the relief of people suffering from the disease MyalgicEncephalomyelitis, (commonly known as M.E., or CFS/ME), and to provide information, advice and support, and to promote public education, campaigning and research into the disease. On a day to day basis we provide telephone support to people with M.E., manage Online M.E Centre and publish 'InterAction'.

Age UK Sutton offers a comprehensive portfolio of services for people over 50 who reside in the London Borough of Sutton. Services include Home from Hospital, Community Connections - including combating isolation, wellbeing and activities programmes, digital technology, mental health support, influencing, accessible specialist information, advice and advocacy and Dementia support.

Working with different stakeholders, including government bodies, agricultural organisations, healthcare services and other "Farming Help" charities, who are critical to the successful outcome of cases.
