Provision of housing for vulnerable people. Support available for the general public in areas such as money advice, debt counselling and budgeting, drug and alcohol abuse, benefit claiming and housing. Charitable trading via furniture shops in Southend-On-Sea - these shops provide opportunities for beneficiaries of the project to volunteer, gain experience and even be employed.

We are a charitable foundation that gives grants to charities and other organisations that operate in Sunderland and surrounding areas.

Educate and inform MPs regarding climate change and policy options for promoting renewable energy. Collaborate with development agencies to build capacity of parliaments in developing countries to make policy on climate and clean energy. Build up a network of interested MPs in Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY BY: (A) UNDERTAKING RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES OF DRUG USE AND ASSOCIATED PROBLEMS, (PARTICULARLY RELATING TO ILLICIT DRUGS AND ALCOHOL); (B) DEVELOPING POLICIES AND STRATEGIES TO REDUCE LEVELS OF HARM ASSOCIATED WITH DRUG USE; (C) ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND ORGANISATIONS IN POLICIES AND STRATEGIES

NWC is run by women, for women. It's a women-only space where women achieve amazing things. Support of religious organisations, institutions of higher and further education, and institutions caring for the poor and sick together with grants to individuals who qualify as Charitable beneficiaries in accordance with English Law.

Grant making

Education of the public by productions and encouragement of the arts. During the year we have delivered touring dance performances within theatres and within public spaces, performances at street festivals, workshops with schools, professional development, adult community classes, holiday projects for children, rental of dance studio to local community group

The charity works to bring together members of the public and political, business, media and academic leaders through a series of themed lectures, conferences, meetings and events so that they can better understand the nature of contemporary national and international affairs. Research covering a variety of national and international policy topics is also published for the same purpose.

To promote the advancement of public education in the history of art and architecture and the care, conservation and restoration of works of art for the public benefit by raising funds to support the Courtauld Institute of Art

to advance such charitable purposes (according to the law of England and Wales) as the trustees seefit from time to time for the public benefit by making grants and awards to organisations for the publicbenefit particularly, but not limited to, Hungary and in and around the West Midlands

The three main areas of direct charitable activity are :-1. Direct grants and food support for families on low income.2. Direct grants to individuals to support further religious education.3. Direct grants to newly married couples and their families on low income.The split between institutional and individual grants is as set out in the accounts.

PROVISION OF FREE, CONFIDENTIAL, INDEPENDENT AND IMPARTIAL ADVICE, INFORMATION AND COUNSEL FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC.

The advancement of the education of the public and in particular the education of the pupils in the Menorah High school for Girls by providing and assisting in the provision of such facilities for education at the school to foster closer relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school and to support the school and to advance the education of the pupils attending it.

Advice Service

ECCO is an environmental charity that recycles and reuses materials such as clothing, furniture, electrical items, household items and offers them back to the general public at low cost. ECCO has 3 reuse shops in Essex and East Herts and collects from West Essex, East Herts and North London.ECCO also collects and recycles domestic batteries.ECCO manages Parndon Wood Nature Reserve.

Advice and information service to the community.

We are a leading food insecurity, homelessness, and community well-being charity. Our main services aim is to reduce food insecurity by providing a foodbank and network of community shops. Reduce homelessness by providing supported living accommodation. Improve our community's wellbeing by delivering evidence-based interventions and advocating and campaigning alongside our community.

The CharityÔÇÖs objects are:(a)the provision of public recreational facilities in the interest of social welfare and improving conditions of life for the benefit of the public;(b)the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation and sport;(c)the advancement of education of the public with a non-exclusiive focus on training to promote safety and prevent loss of life.

Moto Foundation is the charitable arm of Moto Hospitality Limited, the UK's largest provider of motorway service areas. It is a grant making charity that focuses on making a difference to the 58 local communities that Moto are part of.

We have been supporting people who work or have worked in printing, packaging and publishing since 1827. Our charitable aims include promoting independence, protecting dignity and furthering skills. We meet our aims through providing financial, emotional and practical support, including a free 24/7 helpline, and working with industry partners to champion the sector's emerging talent.
