The principal object of the charity is:to promote, maintain, improve and advance the education of the public in all aspects of the arts including music, drama, mime and dance; to contribute to the development of public appreciation of art through the presentation of public performances;to further the social and cultural welfare of communities of various London boroughs and UK communities.

Grant giving to projects within North Southwark and which satisfy the objects for which the Trust was established: The preservation and conservation of the environment for the benefit of the public including the promotion of energy efficiency and efficient methods of disposing of waste; The provision of facilities for education, recreation or other leisure time occupation.

The charity's objects ("objects") are specifically restricted to the following: to advance the education of the public worldwide in the principles of democracy, human rights and the rule of law.

Advance education in particular by providing grants to President & Fellows of Middlebury College and to their educational institutions to assist in the advancement of education of students attending the institutions.It operates the Middlebury College CMRS Oxford Humanities Program and the Bread Loaf School of English at Lincoln College for the President and Fellows of Middlebury College

The monastery promotes religion by providing public worship, preaching, hearing confessions and giving spiritual guidance. In addition the Community's works comprise the operation of a guest house welcoming people for retreat; a pottery producing ceramics for sale in the shop; and the running of a shop selling religious artifacts, cards, books, and pottery.

We provide independent and confidential specialist legal advice to residents of Northamptonshire .We provide a comprehensive casework service from the beginning to the conclusion of the case, including representation at court / tribunal if necessary, in the areas of Welfare Benefits, Immigration, Debt, Fuel Poverty and Housing.

Citizens Advice Shropshire offers free, confidential, independent, and impartial information, advice and casework services for residents of Shropshire and environs.

The Trust makes grants only to registered charitable organisations or organisations with charitable objects that are exempt from the requirement for charitable registration. No grants are made to individuals. The Trust generally supports projects in the fields of education, the environment and health and welfare.

WE ARE A GRANTMAKING TRUST. DURING THE YEAR UNDER REVIEW WE SUPPORTED CHARITIES ACROSS THE UK WHOSE DOMINANT PURPOSE WAS TO BENEFIT ARTS, LEARNING AND A SMALL GRANTS SCHEME. STATE SCHOOLS WERE ALSO SUPPORTED.

To improve the lives of children and young people with diabetes. We engage in worldwide activities in the domains of science, education and advocacy. We support attendance at our annual scientific meeting by delegates who would otherwise be unable to afford it. We sponsor research and clinical fellowships and write clinical guidance and deliver postgraduate teaching throughout the world.

To providing grants to necessitous orphans of members of the Metropolitan and City Police Officers to further their educational and welfare needs.

The Sobell Foundation is a grant-making trust. Funding is generally restricted to charities working in the following fields: medical care and treatment; care and education for physically and mentally disabled people; homelessness; and care and support for the elderly and children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Leeds GATE works to improve quality of life for Gypsies and Travellers across West Yorkshire. We provide advocacy, mental health support work, community development work, youth work and specialist support around domestic violence and criminal justice to our membership. We have a community centre in Cross Green, Leeds but work via outreach and other community venues across West Yorkshire.
