The provision of independent advocacy to persons with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues. The service includes generic, specialist and self advocacy projects.

We tend to provide grants to any charitable institution or foundation that fit our objectives based on health, research into rare diseases, childrens welfare and relief of poverty and hardship in all ages and countries. We do not fund gap year requests.

Work with all those who are involved in literacy teaching in schools, the publishing industry and the wider system in the UK. Provide training, resources and support to develop and research the teaching of literacy and knowledge about children's literature. Increase awareness effective and creative literacy teaching to influence policy and practice to raise the achievement of children.

We believe that "advice changes lives" and therefore we want to provide high quality advice, information and problem solving for Knowsley Residents - contributing to Knowsley Council's vision of "Improving People's Lives" and its objectives.

The Centre for Justice Innovation seeks to build a justice system which every citizen believes is fair and effective. Weprovide hands on support to practitioners in the justice system, conduct research, promote evidence-based, innovative justice policy, and share lessons between the jurisdictions of the UK and with our sister organisation in New York City, the Center for Justice Innovation.

Working to provide learning conferences, collaborative research and education initiatives, awareness campaigns, advocacy, community-building, and care for EDS & HDS population. A community of individuals, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and supporters, dedicated to saving and improving the lives of those affected by EDS, HSD and related conditions.

The KFC Foundation's vision is to support young people in the UK to fulfil their potential; it makes grants to support charities to give young people a safe social space, mentoring, work programmes and social skills. The charities that are supported by the Foundation are small grass roots charities, who in many cases, work with the most vulnerable young people in their community.

Helping people to resolve legal, money and other problems, by providing free information and advice and by informing policy makers.

Specialist sexual violence support services for women and girls (predominantly those 13 and over) who have experienced any form of sexual violence at any time in their lives. This includes Counselling, Help line, ISVA & advocacy services, Girls & Young women services, Jyoti services for Black, Asian & Minoritised women & girls, supporting Survivors to have voice & influence & Prevention work.

In supporting victims and survivors who are living with or fleeing Domestic Violence and Abuse, we provide the following services:- Advice Helpline;- Emergency Refuge accommodation and support;- Training programmes for Children, Young People and Adults;- Therapeutic Intervention;- Advocacy, emotional and practical support;- Interpretation, translation and Immigration Services

Gives grants to charitable organisations. Unsolicited applications are not sought and correspondence will not be replied to.

A whole range of activities including twice weekly parent/ carers and toddlers group; a football team, Hub Athletic; sports coaching; after school clubs, Hub Art club and a youth club; a Foodbank; Mentoring for young people referred by St Thomas Hospital A&E staff; Night shelter for the homeless in partnership with Robes project; Debt advice service; and Waterloo Farm.

The objectives of the Trust are to advance the education of the public in the science of archaeology and to promote the appropriate preservation, recording, excavation and interpretation of archaeological sites and historic buildings in Colchester and the neighbouring districts.

CRASH is a grant making charity, providing grants, pro bono professional expertise and materials to Homelessness Charities and Hospices to improve their buildings. CRASH acts as a facilitator, for companies in the construction industry to help homeless people and people with life limiting illnesses.

Raises funds from former pupils and friends of Malvern College in order to make grants to Malvern College and means-tested grants to former pupils of Malvern College doing training or research work.

The Charity will provide grants for local charities and social purpose organisations which support through their constitution and activities for the public benefit any one or more of the following charitable causes: a) The Homeless (including Modern Slavery); b) Social Inclusion; c) Youth Development; d) Well-being; and e) Culture and the Arts.

Base 25 is an information, advice and guidance centre for young people between 11 - 25 years. Services offered include a daily drop-in service, counselling, programme to reduce the number of young people at risk of sexual exploitation, Eastern European Community Development work, Safer Action for Everyone, young dads and lads project, anger management programme, and more.

CRASAC provides specialist counselling and support for those who have been impacted by rape or sexual violence at any time in their life. CRASAC also provides crisis and advocacy support survivors and will also support people who have chose to engage with the criminal justice system. We also deliver awareness raising and prevention activities including training for professionals.

To help relieve the suffering and distress of persons who have been raped or sexually abused and; advance the education of the public in the subject of rape and sexual abuse and their effects.

The education of the public in the arts in particular by the provision of an arts centre, facilities for training in the arts and the development of creative talent.

The main activity of the charity is to provide free, to all individuals, an impartial and confidential service of information, guidance and support so that individuals do not suffer through ignorance of their rights and responsibilities or through an inability to express themselves.

To advance the education of the public by providing opportunities and instruction for the direct experience of natural wilderness environments for children, young people and adults; to educate and assist young persons to develop their full potential so they are able to contribute positively to society and the environment.

CVST provides support for the community and organisations through a wide range of services such as community development activities, information, advice, training, grant giving, accommodation, events and a newsletter. CVST acts as a strategic partner and facilitates representation of the sector, encourages liaison between groups and develops new services to meet identified gaps.
