Educational Charity providing grants to young people from Hawkshead for further education or for entry into one of the professions. Also providing a museum experience based on the Old Grammar School Building showing how an Elizabethan Grammar school worked.

The CGEF provides sponsorship grants to girls for secondary or high school education in their own Commonwealth country in cases where this might otherwise not be possible. Support is tailored to the individual needs of each girl based on academic potential, merit and need.

The Friends' aim is to assist in promoting the health, comfort and welfare of the patients, their visitors and the staff of the East Surrey Hospital by the provision of equipment, medical and otherwise, and amenities, by running a coffee shop in the Hospital and generally by supporting the charitable work of the Hospital.

Grants to educational institutions

Fund raising to provide equipment and comforts for patients at the Royal Cornwall Hospital, Treliske, Truro and Volunteers to welcome and guide patients through the Hospital, to provide tea and coffee services to patients awaiting appointments, a library trolley and a Friends Coffee Shop providing tea, coffees and other refreshments

New Forest Mencap provides support and services for people with a learning disability in the New Forest area, their families, dependants and carers which will benefit them and improve their quality of life. It offers advice and guidance to parent/carers and to volunteers and works to raise awareness of people with learning difficulties

The Charity's principal activity is to provide financial support for the Academy Trust of Davenant Foundation School, situated in Loughton, Essex.The Charity is also able to provide small grants to students who reside in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

Formed in 1977 with the object of promoting the welfare of the elderly within Bude, and the surrounding areas detailed in our constitution, in any manner that is or may become charitable. To provide funds for amenities for patients at Clatterbridge Hospital to provide a link between the hospitals and the public they serve. To foster the interest of the public in the work of the hospitals and the patients they serve.

Bantam Charitable Trust operates in the Mole Valley area of Surrey, UK. The Leslie Smith Foundation is a grant making body with general charitable purposes. Without surrendering their discretion, the Trustees have decided to focus mainly on charities supporting: children in the UK with life changing medical conditions, hospices, education and special needs schools in the UK and recipients of previous grants.
