Pre-school Play Group is a non profit organisation that endeavours to enrich the lives of the children in the community. The children learn through play experiences following the national curriculum.We offer full day care for 2 year olds up to the age of 5 and provision for children with disabilities.We rely heavily on donations and grants to continually improve the quality of our environment.

Grants to local organisations and individuals, mainly within the county of Derbyshire but occasionally outside the county if the body serves the Derbyshire community.

To provide support for Scout Groups, Scout Network and the Explorer Scout Sections in Worcester District and to give active support to the District Lead Volunteer, who is responsible for both the development of Scouting in the District and for promoting and maintaining the policy of the Association.

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC PARTICULARLY IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF BEWDLEY BY THE PROMOTION OF PLAYS AND OTHER FORMS OF ART. ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT THROUGHOUT THE YEAR BUT PARTICULARLY THROUGH THE ORGANISATION OF THE ANNUAL FESTIVAL FOR NINE DAYS EACH OCTOBER.

To provide funds for educational purposes as the trustees see fit for beneficiaries who are under the age of 25 and have resided in the Parishes of Donington, Bicker, Quadring, Swineshead, Gosberton, Horbling, Swaton and Helpringham for no less than 2 years and who have attended for not less than 2 years either The Thomas Cowley Primary School or the Thomas Cowley High School in Donington.

The payment of Grants to individuals and registered charities for the relief of persons resident in the London Borough of Lewisham who are in need, hardship or distress.

The Charity makes grants as funds permit to the Dean and Chapter of Lincoln Cathedral towards the worship, maintenance, preservation, improvement or repair of the fittings, ornaments, furniture and monuments in Lincoln Cathedral, and the furthering of schemes to set forward it's beauty safety or utility.

Firstly to campaign to ensure that learning disabled individuals of all ages receive apropriate services from statutory authorities. Secondly to support, advise and provide services to learning disabled individuals and their carers.

We provide 14 self-contained flats for self-caring residents over the age of 60 years and ideally with some local connection to the village of Aylesford, Kent. Three of the flats have larger bedrooms and can accommodate couples. There is a common room and adjacent small kitchen but no other communal facilities are provided. There are some local shops and services and some bus links to Maidstone

To make grants for environmental and social causes in the county of Suffolk with a bias towards preservation or regeneration of the built heritage, amenity and landscape of the county. Grants to social causes are either for start-up projects, or for modest on-going support to groups involved in voluntary care, education, theatre, music and youth and community projects.

Grant making trust to other charitable bodies principally in the health and medical research fields.No assistance available to individuals.

Age Concern Appleby & District have two shops in the town. both run entirely by volunteers. We have no paid staff what so ever and all money raised, after expenses, rates, rents etc is given to local charities and groups which help and care for older people in the Appleby District.

The primary activity of the Charity is welfare assistance whereby assistance is given towards the cost of treating owned animals and in the case of feral and stray animals all of the cost is met.We have a telephone 'help line' whereby we receive calls from members of the public and deal with their enquiries.Continuation of a cat neutering scheme incorporating a micro-chipping arrangement.

Once the cost of repairs, insurances and all other outgoings in respect of its properties had been met, along with all the other costs and charges associated with administration and management, the Charities continued to make various grants to support local Particular Baptist churches in the county of Kent as per the objectives of its founding scheme of 1896.

-We provide a community centre that is open 12 hours per day, 7 day week-Lunch club for the elders serving a daily average of 10 breakfasts, 20 lunches and innumerable hot drinks-Advice sessions on: Welfare rights, Health and drugs, Benefits, Jobs and training and Housing.-an advocacy and interpreting service for dealing with the authorities

To provide funds to generally support the charitable work of the hospital

Gay & Peter Hartley's Hillards Trust makes grants to charities that support children's welfare, care for the elderly, mental/physical health, disability, & hospices. Grants are made up to £1,000 to local charities in towns in 11 counties in north and central England - mainly in Yorkshire, Lancashire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire.
