PROMOTION OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE METHODIST CHURCH IN GREAT BRITAIN.THE WORK IS BASED IN MIDSOMER NORTON IN BATH & NORTH EAST SOMERSET.THE CHURCH IS PART OF THE NORTH EAST SOMERSET AND BATH CIRCUIT OF METHODIST CHURCHES.THE PREMISES ARE USED FOR CHURCH AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES.

Provision of housing for people in housing need aged 50 or over.The housing is provided in 12 almshouse cottage homes in Churchill, North Somerset.Preference is given to applicants in financial need and from, or with, connections with this area.

Based in Bristol, the CIO aims to advance education in the arts among adults with a learning disability through the provision of workshops, activities and events designed to support and empower them to explore their artistic potential, We create opportunities for them to share there work with the public through exhibitions and events.

The Charity acts as an alternative learning resource providing a service to young people who are referred by local schools as these young people have been excluded from mainstream education and are given respite education and specialist activities as a platform to re-engage and re-enthuse them. An evening Youth club is run for local young people. There are activities for Elderly Disabled People.

Soundwell's mission statement is: "To enhance the mental health of people experiencing emotional and mental distress by promoting and providing an inclusive, community-based service of music therapy which includes outreach, short and long term groups and individual work"Music therapy is the use of musical instruments and the sounds they make to promote change and recovery.

THE SIRONA FOUNDATION EXISTS TO SUPPORT THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF LOCAL COMMUNITIES. ITS PRIMARY FOCUS IS TO SUPPORT HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE PROVIDERS IN OFFERING A BETTER EXPERIENCE FOR SERVICE USERS AND IMPROVE WELLBEING. THIS MAY INCLUDE COMMUNITY PROJECTS; VITAL EQUIPMENT AND OR STAFF DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES OUTSIDE THE LIMIT OF NORMAL FUNDING SOURCES.

We are a volunteer local radio station, providing information and local news to the community, opportunities for charities and other organisations to raise awareness and training for young people in particular to develop confidence, interpersonal and communication skills and gain work/voluntary experience.

Bristol Older People's Forum is a member-led organisation (circa 3000 members). Our aims are shaped around support, empowerment and challenging ageism. We enable older people to have a direct say in policy and decision-making around identified priorities including: isolation and loneliness and mental and physical well-being. ACTIVITIES include: Open Forums, Newsletters, Workshops and Research.

Recruit more choristers especially young people. To continue to expand our repertoire. Give schools and other young people the opportunity of performing with us. Rehersals at Cwmbach Junior School, Llangorse Road, Cwmbach, on Monday and some Thursday 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm.

The object of the group is the advancement of education and in particular, the education of older people and those who are retired from full time work, by all means, including associated activities conducive to learning and personal development in Bath and surrounding areas

Promote social inclusion, neurodiversity and community amongst autistic adults who are socially excluded from society in Bristol and the South West by provision of: - activities for building social confidence and independent living skills - social, leisure and employment opportunities - events and media that will reduce social isolation and promote social contact

We enable ordinary people to live out their faith as part of our parish community through: Worship and prayer; learning about the Gospel; and developing their knowledge and trust in Jesus. Provision of pastoral care for people living in the parish. Missionary and outreach work.

Recieving donations in lieu of flowers at funerals, organising annual fetes, running a charity shop and sweet trolley. Proceeds are used to donate equipment and furnishings to Paulton Memorial Hospital for the aid and treatment of patients.

We provide childcare and education for children in our community from 2 years-5 years. We are open to all children and families within an equal opportunities framework. Learning is promoted through play, developing good self esteem and values each child's individual strengths and interests. We are run by our parents committee and reinvest our income to provide for all children's needs.
