Bathampton Playgroup runs for 4 1/2 hours on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, 3 1/2 hours on Friday morning and 2 hours on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons during school term time. Children from age two-and-a half years old to 5 years old are accepted. The playgroup has been in existence for over 50 years and many in the village are involved in its committees, fund-raising and organising.

Clapham Film Unit provides training and equipment to enable people to tell their own stories on film. We keep an archive of the work created and organise screenings. We provide advice about fund raising, employment and further study in the media industry. We provide a network of filmmakers and a mentor system.

CIO will provide transitional housing to the homeless in the Foxhill area of Bath, for up to 2 years, along with coaching and support designed to enable the tenants to become self-sufficient. Eligible Tenants will be referred by Bath and North East Somerset (BANES) Local Authority.

Applications for grants are sought from individuals and charitable organisations within West Wiltshire particularly Trowbridge, North Wiltshire south of the M4, and Bath. Grants are made to charities and individuals within the target area covering the arts, eduaction, medecine and mental health, youth organisations and projects, social welfare and conservation.
