Provision of bursaries

Friends of BSYM is registered as a charity with the objective of supporting and enhancing the musical experience of children who attend the Bath and North East Somerset Society of Young Musicians.

Promotion of Anglo-German relations, mutual interest and friendship.

The Charity provides and maintains an open space in the Village that is available to the general public for recreational activities. On it there is a wooded area, some goal posts, a path to the High Street and a children's Play Area.

The aim of our Centre in Bristol is to provide creative and stimulating activities, care and support to adults (Members) with various additional needs including physical, sensory or learning disability. We offer opportunities to learn new skills to gain greater knowledge and independence. Some seek to learn more about the Christian faith. Our hope is that all have more fulfilling lives.

Our aim is simple, to help families spend more time together & relieve parents of the additional, as well as unexpected financial challenge of their child going through treatment. Partnering with Bristol Royal Hospital for Children, we provide parents with 4 offerings whilst their child receives treatment; *Coffee Break & Cake *Dexters Hamper *Odyssey Entertainment Package *Help Out Vouchers

Management of the Village Hall so that it can be used for community purposes.

Moorland Road Community Library (Bath) operates and manages a lending library and associated facilities for the people in the area of Moorland Road, Bath. The library is currently run and operated by the local Council but as of April 2019 it will be adopted by this community based charity. It will maintain as much of the existing services as possible and will be operated exclusively by volunteers.

To raise money by holding such events as a Harvest Supper, President's Picnic, Concerts etc.By collecting at local stores. By sponsorship. By donation.To donate money to other worthy nominated, in sponsoring local young people in worthy endevours. Rotary charities in general

Environmental interpretation in the field for educational groups and members of the general public. We publish booklets with landscape themes, based on a walk in areas of interest. Our booklets are sold from our web-site website www.thematic-trails.org. and through outlets in selected areas of particular interest. We also market selected booklets published by like-minded organisations.

Community Run Library

To advance the education of the public through theatre and live performance in the subject of performing arts.To act as a resource for young people up to the age of 25 living in the South West by providing advice and assistance and organising programmes of physical, artistic, educational and other activities.

We provide dinghy sailing for physically disabled people. We sail most Saturdays from April to October.

The Eyre Chapel is a remarkable monument set in the tranquil surroundings of Perrymead Cemetary on the hillside to the south of Bath. Built in the mid-nineteenth century for Count John Eyre, with architect Charles Hansom, it is a classic example of Gothic Revival Architecture rich and intricate in design. The chapel is open to the public by appointment and on advertised open days.

The charity was specifically established to manage a collection of prints that were donated to the Victoria Art Gallery in the 1940's. The funds are used to maintain and care for the collection and can also be used to add to the print collection.

Cultivation of Medicine and surgery in all it's branches, principally via education

We are a small local charity run entirely by volunteers. We provide blind and partially sighted people with a monthly audio magazine. our aim is to provide a variety of general-interest magazine articles together with a selection of factual and news-related items. By making full use of the Royal Mail 'Articles for the Blind' service we are able to provide this facility without any charge.

FOR THE PROMOTION, ENCOURAGEMENT AND FURTHERANCE OF NATURAL SCIENCES OF THE STUDENTS AT CHEW VALLEY SCHOOL

Fund raising and distribution of funds to support activities that benefit people with musculoskeletal disease. Particularly relating to the knee.

This is an educational charity the object of which is to provide classical music recitals and concerts in a setting suitable to young people in the Bath area

Frame Running consists of participants sitting on a tricycle-like frame, who are strapped around their torso, and who use their feet instead of pedals to walk or run.Bath Frame Running Club participants can take part recreationally with the rest of their family, including their siblings. A variety of other games and activities are also available to play whilst the frames are shared.

A rural charity for young people aged between 10-26 years, where they can learn new rural skills and achieve confidence through public speaking competitions, stockjudging and running their own club and fundraising for themselves and the local community. Members also learn to participate in team events such as sports, drama and entertainments, choir and dancing. This is a member led organisation.

Friends of Freeways is a group of parents and relatives of those using Freeways' services which aims to provide mutual support for each other and to provide funds to supplement extra amenities for residents which includes giving gifts to the residents at Christmas time to be spent collectively on items or activities as well as arranging comedy shows at Leigh Court.

The Parochial School having been sold, income is now used for the maintenance and upkeep of the churches within the benefice of Clutton With Cameley
