The open-air Museum, through the use of its Designated collections, provides opportunities for the public, including many thousands of pupils and students, to gain a better understanding, appreciation and knowledge of the history and international significance and impact of the Black Country and its people, over a period of 200 years, to c1960.

Birmingham Mind provides high quality, user led services for people who experience mental health distress. Our services include Residential Care, Supported Housing, Support in the individual's own home, Day Service provision and other specialist community services.

Our services include registered care homes, supported living services, day opportunities, outreach support and a specialist assessment and transition service. Most of the people we support have a learning disability.

The object of the School is the provision and conduct, in or near the City Of Birmingham, of a day school for boys and girls. Within this object, the School has various permanent endowments and unendowed Trust Funds held for special purposes in connection with the development of the School's facilities and for Foundations, scholarships, bursaries, prizes and other educational purposes.

Provision of support,and emergency services to vulnerable women and children experiencing rape, sexual assault and domestic abuse. Services include provision of emergency accommodation, floating support services, community support and counselling. Services also include development with agencies to raise awareness of domestic abuse and develop support systems to enable them to access SWA services.

INDEPENDENT PREPARATORY SCHOOL WITH NURSERIES FOR CHILDREN AGED 3 MONTHS TO 11 YEARS

Aquarius works with individuals, families, carers and professionals around issues of alcohol misuse, drug misuse, gambling and other behavioural problems. We have services across the Midlands and the northern Home Counties. Our skilled practitioners and support workers offer education, training, outreach, home visits, one to one & group work.

The activities of the charity are to advance education for public benefit in particular but not exclusively in the industrial and technological processes which have shaped the modern world and will shape the future world. The charity operates from Millennium Point in Curzon Street, Birmingham.

BSWAID is working with women and children affected by domestic violence by:offering safe temporary accommodation, appropriate and accessible support services includingsupporting women in accessing justice system. The charity raises awareness and promotes action against Domestic violence and promotes policy and best practice that responds to women and children's needs.

General Charitable Purposes and Education

The principal activity of the Group is the provision of tuition and general education facilities to children between two and eighteen years.

We operate on democratic principles and students are represented by our Members Democratic Process. We provide services such as Student Advice; Jobs, Skills and Volunteering; Student Groups; Hall Reps; Student Voice; Mentor Scheme; Community Wardens; Venues and marketing services. We campaign on student related local, national and international issues and also support work of the NUS.

Birmingham YMCA's mission is to inspire young people to discover their potential so that they can live life in all its fullness. To serve its mission's aim the Association runs supported housing projects, affordable childcare, community and leisure facilities across the city of Birmingham.

Delivery of music, health and education, and learning and assessmemt services

The ongoing activity of the Society continues to be the provision of housing, care and associated amenities for people with developmental difficulties who are in necessitous circumstances and the provision of an open day-care facility for people with developmental difficulties.

The charity's aims are to:provide relief and care, including day care and outreach services and care homes, for elderly and/or disabled persons;provide and manage almshouses for residents in need;relieve those in need hardship or distress generally or individually by making grants;let allotment land belonging to the Trust.

BJCC offers community care, support and signposting to other services for the Jewish and local community in Birmingham and the Midlands. Services include a social work department, monthly lunch club, community activities and trips. Our aim is to enable community members to safely live independently, support those in need and alleviate loneliness within the community.

Midlands Arts Centre, MAC, exists to make innovative, creative arts activities an important part of people's lives. MAC is the most visited arts centre in the Midlands, with almost 1,000,000 visitors a year who come to MAC to enjoy theatre performances, music, comedy, plays for children, literature and poetry events, courses, family shows, films, dance performances and free exhibitions.

The leasing of the charity?s property estate for charitable use in accordance with the charity's Objects and the research into educational methods for the training and education of young people with learning difficulties, behavioural problems or special educational needs.

Green Lane Masjid and Community Centre operates a mosque and an Islamic community centre on Green Lane, Small Heath in Birmingham.

Advancement of Education particularly, but not exclusively, with an instruction in the performing arts.
