We provide a range of services to older people, along with influencing activities including: an Advice & Information service, a range of activity programmes including social inclusion, dementia support, digital inclusion and physical activity sessions, community day care, befriending and an integrated care service. We also raise funds through our charity shop and community fundraising.

Creativity Works Preston provides alternative education to marginalised people who need to learn in a different way to the traditional education system.The crux of the learning environment and pedagogy is learning through doing. We do this by providing an inclusive, professional and supportive learning environment for individuals irrespective of their circumstances or background.

Whilst each of the constituent funds has its separate purpose, the main charitable activities are contributing to hospital capital expenditure to improve equipment in the patient environment, expenditure in providing improvements to the patient experience through additional comforts and amenities, and staff related expenditure on training and developments and improving staff amenities.

We provide residential care for people age 18-65 with disabilities who require 24 hour support. This is suitable for people who no longer can live on their own or in supported living, or for people who have been supported by their carer and it has become too difficult for them to continue caring for them. we also offer day care and respite care.

Care Network supports vulnerable people in Blackburn with Darwen to live independently by referring them onto a range of quality assured services inc. information and advice and home maintenance services (through our safe trader scheme), a range of health and wellbeing services provided locally through our Hub service and through the delivery of our volunteer and disability support schemes.
