The provision of door to door and other transport and associated support services for people who are unable to use conventional public transport. The service is provided across the Greater Manchester conurbation serving a total population of over 2.5 million people.

We are Disability Positive. We provide services, opportunities and a voice to people living with disability and long-term health conditions. We have services to help people with everyday life and being part of their local community. We offer advice, help with practical tasks and advocate for people in lots of different situations and we share peoples' experiences to influence positive change.

To provide supported housing and emergency over night accommodation to single homeless 16-25 year olds. The aim of the service is to prevent homelessness, reduce risk of harm through rough sleeping and enable independent living.

GMCVO works to increase economic and social inclusion in Greater Manchester through effective collaborations and supporting other organisations to achieve their goals. We support voluntary organisations and social enterprises to understand the operating environment, to gain social investment and we test new approaches. We provide investment and are a lead body for networks & partnership projects.

St Bede's Childcare operates Full Day care nursery provision for children from 6 weeks to four years all year around, together with breakfast, after school and holiday care for 3 to 11 year olds. Greater Manchester Moving is a Greater Manchester charity committed to changing lives through moving more, sport and physical activity. We play a strategic leadership role in support of GM Moving, the Greater Manchester wide movement, for movement. We lead, support and connect the Greater Manchester system in creating the conditions to enable Active Lives for All.

Provision of Sporting and Leisure Activities

Provision of counselling services, information and advice, training, family and individual supports services, and development of health and social care projects.

We aim to enable young people aged 8 to 25 especially from disadvantaged circumstances to realise their full potential. This is achieved by a range of universal and targeted programmes designed by young people to meet their needs. In 2002, we opened a state of the art youth facility from where 3,400 young people access sport, mentoring and arts activities "under one roof", seven days per week.

Home-Start HOST provides a range of support to families in Oldham, Stockport, Tameside and Bolton, largely through volunteer home visiting support for families with a wide range of needs. Additional services include parent infant mental health support, infant feeding peer support, speech & language development and support for dads in the perinatal period.

The charity operates across Lancashire providing support to people over 55 and their carers. Services include: Promoting Independent Living, Day and Community based Support for those with memory concerns, Health and Wellbeing and raising money for and from charitable activities. Some services which support all adults are also delivered where the majority of beneficiaries are older people.

Mustard Tree operates across Greater Manchester, providing food, clothing furniture and training for individuals in need. Our beneficiaries include those experiencing or at risk of homelessness, those recovering from addictions, ex-offenders, refugees, asylum seekers and those with mental health issues. We run various programmes helping people re-find their confidence, motivation and employment.

Advice casework representation for people subject to immigration control.Support groups affected by immigration control e.g. the destitute, women, unaccompanied children/young people.Raising awareness, improving understanding and practice, providing training, workshops, and events. Work with others to secure/develop advice provision Campaign to support people under threat of deportation.

Citizens Advice Bury and Bolton aims to provide free, confidential, impartial and independent adviceand information for the benefit of the local community, to exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services and to ensure individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge or aninability to express their needs effectively

PROVIDES EMERGENCY ACCOMMODATION AND A RANGE OF SUPPORT SERVICES TO ASSIST WOMEN, CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HAVE, OR ARE, EXPERIENCING DOMESTIC ABUSE. TO RAISE PERSONAL AND PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE ISSUES RELATING TO DOMESTIC ABUSE AND ITS IMPACT ON SOCIETY.

The People's History Museum is the national museum of democracy. We are the only museum dedicated to telling the story of the development of democracy in Britain. We engage, inspire and inform all audiences by showing that 'there have always been ideas worth fighting for'.

Advancement of education in British and foreign history of the arts.

Advancement of education in the subject of service provision for children,young perople and families with a view to improving their care and quality of life.

The charity activities include drug and alcohol rehabilitation, residential support / dispersed housing support in the community and a drop-in-centre for homeless people. Equally, it provides social enterprise, supporting people back into employment. It also educates the public about addiction and social exclusion.

The Centre aims to provide diverse facilities for people in UK and abroad. Facilities will include social, economic, community cohesion and development. Provisions for education, training, and exhibitions will also be made available. The Centre is predicted to fulfil a variety of social and economic functions and to assist in the affirmation of cultural identity and plurality.

Zion Arts Centre Ltd t/a Z-arts is committed to inspiring and enabling generations of young people from Manchester and beyond to use creativity to reach their potential. We offer a wide range of creative activities across all art forms including visual art, drama, music and dance as well as a varied theatre programme specifically aimed at children and family audiences.
