Our activities in South Bristol are designed to promote health and well-being by: Developing knowledge of, and opportunities for food growing, nutrition and cooking; Increasing access to affordable fresh produce and wholefoods;Offering one-to-one support to reduce mental and emotional stress; Providing opportunities for regular physical activity.

Provision of therapeutic riding lessons to around 300 disabled children and adults in one of the UK's largest equestrian centres purpose built for disabled riders. Set among 100 acres of fields and woodland, the Centre offers individual development, enabling clients to achieve skill and confidence in a safe, friendly and attractive environment.

Phoenix Social Enterprise Ltd provides employment, education and training opportunities in the UK and Europe. We also conference facilities and rented offices, focus on building the capacity of individuals and organisations underpinned by a philosophy of equality and human rights. We cater for people aged 16-65, people from Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities, but not exclusively.

Borderlands is a community charity that works with asylum seekers and refugees living in the inner city area of Bristol. These people are very vulnerable because they are chronically impoverished, suffer discrimination and are excluded within society. We offer advice, help and hope and rely on volunteers for the delivery of the majority of our welfare support and education services.

Focus Counselling is able to deliver a professional counselling service provided by qualified and skilled counsellors. It is able to offer support to adults and children suffering from depression, eating disorders, abuse, relationship problems, bereavement and a wide range of life crises.It is our aim to alleviate despair and suffering without religious, sexual or racial prejudice.

CIRCLES SOUTH WEST IS A COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMME WHICH WORKS CLOSELY WITH STATUTORY SERVICES, HELPING KNOWN SEX OFFENDERS LIVE OFFENCE-FREE LIVES.

ORIENTAL FINE ARTS ACADEMY OF LONDON (OFAAL) IS AN EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT OFFERING INDEPENDENT EXAMINATION BY PROVIDES PRACTICAL AND THEORY EXAMINATION ON SOUTH INDIAN CLASSICAL MUSIC AND DANCE, AND ALSO TO PROMOTE NATIVE LANGUAGE AND CULTURES BY PROVIDING RECREATION AND EDUCATIONWE CONDUCT EXAMINATION BY ANNUAL, DURING APRIL - AUG , IN THE UK AND MAINLAND EUROPE, AND IN SEPT ONLY IN THE UK.

Since 1981 Mothers for Mothers has supported families affected by perinatal mental illness, offering support to women and birthing people during pregnancy and until their youngest child attends school through our support services, across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset.

SWCA manages the St Werburghs Community Centre and promotes the benefit and social welfare of the local people in a common effort to advance health, education and good relationships. SWCA serves the communities of Inner City wards, which have the highest percentage of BME residents in Bristol and are ranked amongst the most deprived 10% nationally in terms of multiple deprivation.

Kingswood Community Transport is a charity that provides demand-responsive transport for the residents of South Gloucestershire, including Acton Turville, Bitton, Cadbury Heath, Cold Ashton, Downend, Doynton, Dyrham and Hinton, Frenchay, Hanham, Hanham Abbots, Kingswood, Longwell Green, Mangotsfield, Marshfield, Oldland, Pucklechurch, Siston, Staple Hill, Tormarton, Warmley, Wick and Abson.

The purposes of the Church shall be:-(1) the advancement of the Christian faith in accordance with the Basis of Faith primarily but not exclusively within Bristol and the surrounding neighbourhood; and(2) such other charitable purposes as shall, in the opinion of the Managing Trustees further the work of the Church.

We concentrate on those (semi) excluded from school and those deemed to be young offenders in order to enhance their chances of higher educational attainment and paid employment in the future. 2. SEND AND YOU provides the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Information, Advice and Support Service (SENDIAS) for Bristol North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. We provide free confidential and impartial advice to children, young people and their parents about SEND to form an effective partnership with others to ensure maximum educational benefit.
