The charity operates as Waterbrook Church. The church meets on a Sunday in Downend, Bristol and mid week in various places. The members of the Church provide most of the income of the charity. The charity fulfils its aims through the work of a local Christian church and through making grants to other Christian workers and organisations both in the UK and overseas.

The Charity encompasses a Toddler Group for ages 0 - 4 and a Pre-School offering pre-school education to children between the ages of 2 and 5. Our aim is to provide a high quality service for our community.

The YOU Foundation currently provides high quality and dynamic youth services for 11-25 year olds in Staple Hill and surrounding areas of Bristol, UK. These include junior and senior youth clubs, detached and outreach work, professional recording facilities, educational trips and residentials, and much much more!

The relief of children and young person's affected by the complex Autism Spectrum (with or without diagnosis) or with a development delay, by the provision of support, facilities and services for them and their families. This service is provided to families from Bath an North East Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Somerset and Wiltshire.

The church holds regular worship services which are open to all members of the community, in accordance with the objects of the church which are, the advancement of the Christian faith worldwide and the relief of poverty.

To be a strong and lively Church where the gifts, talents and abilities of each person can be discovered and fulfilled, able and willing to reach out and meet the needs of the community, with the intention of bringing them to a commitment to Jesus Christ and then leading them on into a productive Christian life.

Based in Bristol, the CIO aims to advance education in the arts among adults with a learning disability through the provision of workshops, activities and events designed to support and empower them to explore their artistic potential, We create opportunities for them to share there work with the public through exhibitions and events.

To promote and participate in the advancement in life of young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in life as independent and responsible individuals. To promote social inclusion and build community togetherness; advance education and welfare, nurture enterprise, citizenship and promote Islam through Mouridism for the benefit of the public.

Afterschool Club and holiday playscheme

Kiya Survivors has set up a number of special ed schools, therapy programmes and Outreach Programmes in the Cuzco and Piura regions of Peru. Currently, Kiya Survivors runs Mama Cocha therapy Outreach programme and back to school programmes and sponsors young peoples housing and further education. Mama Cocha also runs workshops, community programmes, early stimulation and psychological support.

Fund raising through the organisation of a variety of events throughout the school year.

Fundraising to provide bursaries for new and existing pupils at Collegiate School

- Promote the rehabilitation of offenders and ex-offenders; - Prevent or relieve poverty or financial hardship among offenders and ex-offenders, in particular but not exclusively by, the provision of equipment and training in the arts; and - The provision of a mentoring programme, with the aim of helping offenders and ex-offenders to realise their creative talent.

Church activities

Encounter Christianity provides specialist teachers to deliver RE lessons in schools.Assists and trains non-specialist teachers to deliver Christian Religious Education.Promotes Christian RE in schools and makes resources available for these purposes.

We specifically offer support to community people in organising outdoor community events like recreational activities, education and training, creating necessary awareness and campaign on healthy living, faith/religious needs, providing food support, counselling, advice and advocacy , pastoral care, youth empowerment, support and IT and administrative support to members of the community 000

The main objective of the Charity is to promote the culture and philosophy of the Hindu faith to its members and the community at large.Main activities are:* Organisation of events based around religious festivals* Raising funds and donations from the members and the community at large for the upkeep of the charity* work with schools to improve understanding of Hindu culture & faith

To advance the Sakyapa School of Buddhism in general and in particular the spiritual authority of Karma Thinley Rinpoche and Lama Jampa Thaye as masters of the Sakyapa School of Buddhism and heads of the Thinley Rinchen Ling Association of Sakyapa Centres and of any future incarnations of the heads as identified by the present or future head of the Drolma Phodrang of the Sakyapa School of Buddhism

Sunday - AM &PM services (creche facilities). Tue - Bible studies/prayer meetings/manse fellowship/DVD evenings. Fri - monthly Tea From 2pm, Sat - fellowship walks in seasonLadies Coffee and Men's Film events and annual outings. We hold a Community Bonfire & Fireworks evening, and a Community Outdoor Carols event, Hambrook Probos meetings, and the church is used for polling as needed.

The activities of the Charity are detailed in the review of activities and achievements in page 2 of the Financial Statements, and include Christian ministries and the relief of poverty. It only makes grants to persons known to the Trustees, and does not make unsolicited grants.

The Trust assists the Cathedral Chapter in maintaining the fabric of the Cathedral, advancing education in the role of the Church and the history of the Cathedral, and meeting the costs of maintaining the choral tradition. The Trust also assists in promoting the development of the Cathedral.

Strategic intent is to proclaim the Christian faith in Filton and to worship God: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We aim to draw all people to the love and fellowship of the Christian faith by teaching, sustaining and nurturing the worshipping community, and by outreaching beyond the parish into the wider world.

Dreadnought promotes the voices of women through the arts and engages with women of all ages and backgrounds. Dreadnought make special efforts to engage with women who may be isolated for social, geographic, cultural and/or economic reasons.
