To promote social inclusion and build community togetherness; advance education and welfare, nurture enterprise, citizenship and promote Islam through Mouridism for the benefit of the public.

Trustees are elected through a parent committee by vote. The charity provides childcare facilities to develop and educate children from the age of 2 to 4 years by offering them a stimulating environment so they learn through a variety of learning experiences. Aims & objectives are to develop and educate children and to offer appropriate play facilities through fund raising and grants.

Bread of Life Ministries Bristol (BOLM) is an independent Pentecostal church. Bread of Life Ministries have in the last year reached out to the community by organising activities such as youth events, quiz competitions, women's breakfast meetings, prayer summit and annual conferences which has greatly benefited the membership and the community as a whole.

Teacher training. Training in radio journalism. Tailoring and building training for adults with physical disabilities. Vocational training centre for school leavers. Residential hostel. Prison visits.

General Charitable purposes

As a church we do voluntary work for the homeless at Wildgoose Crisis Centre, situated in Bristol. We help out by taking, comforting, encouraging and feeding those who are less fortunate. We also take part in the operation Christmas Child Appeal where by we fill shoes boxes with goods to send overseas to children. As a church we have been doing this for the last 3 years with much success.

Church activities

We specifically offer support to community people in organising outdoor community events like recreational activities, education and training, creating necessary awareness and campaign on healthy living, faith/religious needs, providing food support, counselling, advice and advocacy , pastoral care, youth empowerment, support and IT and administrative support to members of the community 000

To advance the Sakyapa School of Buddhism in general and in particular the spiritual authority of Karma Thinley Rinpoche and Lama Jampa Thaye as masters of the Sakyapa School of Buddhism and heads of the Thinley Rinchen Ling Association of Sakyapa Centres and of any future incarnations of the heads as identified by the present or future head of the Drolma Phodrang of the Sakyapa School of Buddhism

Sunday - AM &PM services (creche facilities). Tue - Bible studies/prayer meetings/manse fellowship/DVD evenings. Fri - monthly Tea From 2pm, Sat - fellowship walks in seasonLadies Coffee and Men's Film events and annual outings. We hold a Community Bonfire & Fireworks evening, and a Community Outdoor Carols event, Hambrook Probos meetings, and the church is used for polling as needed.

Current activities include: Chinese language school for children, Elderly People's Club, Womens' Group, social outings, annual dinner and festivity celebrations, translation services & courses for members

The Trust is dormant following the transfer of all assets and liabilities to the incorporated charity Bristol Cathedral Trust Charity No 1198315 in January 2025.

The Nirman Sewak Jatha Sikh Heritage main aim is to provide a place of worship for Sikhs as well as be an inter grated part of the community. In addition, we offer a community place for the whole of the local community.

We aim to draw all people to the love and fellowship of the Christian faith by teaching, sustaining and nurturing the worshipping community, and by outreaching beyond the parish into the wider world.

The charity benefits the residents of St George and the surrounding area by the operation of a community centre focused on local groups, activities and community events. We support local volunteers to sustain and enhance community assets, including St George Park. Kiya Survivors has set up a number of special ed schools, therapy programmes and Outreach Programmes in the Cuzco and Piura regions of Peru. Currently, Kiya Survivors runs Mama Cocha therapy Outreach programme and back to school programmes and sponsors young peoples housing and further education. Mama Cocha also runs workshops, community programmes, early stimulation and psychological support.

Provide relief to those persons suffering from Cystic Fibrosis and to assist the families of those persons who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress.

BUST continues to fundraise for Southmead Hospital Breast Care Centre by providing state of the art equipment not available on the NHS. BUST is very grateful for donations from patients and supporters each year. A Members of BUST Group has been created to support and inform patients of the latest innovations in breast cancer care. This group can be asked for feedback on relevant issues.
