- Promote the rehabilitation of offenders and ex-offenders; - Prevent or relieve poverty or financial hardship among offenders and ex-offenders, in particular but not exclusively by, the provision of equipment and training in the arts; and - The provision of a mentoring programme, with the aim of helping offenders and ex-offenders to realise their creative talent.
