The production of an ecumenical magazine or newsletter and the free distribution thereof within the Illingworth area.

Charity operates from Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. We make donations to allow able bodied and disabled young people to visit religious places. We also make donations to other charities and provide buildings and human resources.

TO DELIVER SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES AIMED AT REDUCING RISK OF CHD,DIABETES,OBESITY AND MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS TO A POPULATION MAINLY OF SOUTH ASIANORIGI,OLDER WHITE PEOPLE,ASSYLUM SEEKERS,REFUGEES AND EUROPEAN MIGRANTS AND ITS SERVICE USER.

The main activities of the fund is used for charity events.

Maintenance and upkeep of graveyard and surrounds of St. Peters Church in Walsden

Once again our main income has come from our Bazaar. Our PTA is desperately trying to raise money for a new resources in school and are holding various fundraisers. The PTA is a very active PTA and impacts well on the school's successes. We have evidence of children whose parents are involved in the PTA are achieving better at school than children whose parents are not.

The study and practice of handbell ringing in order to foster the public knowledge and appreciation of such music by means of public performances

To provide advice, support to deafblind individuals residing in Yorkshire. This includes children and adults and their families.The charity aims to promote awareness and learning in the area of deafblindness to those families living in Yorkshire.

The Charity provides financial assistance for young people leaving school who are going on to further education (i.e. University/Polytechnic) and who make application and who live within the Ancient Chapelry of Heptonstall for the purpose of providing assistance with the purchase of books

The choir welcomes new singers to join them performing concerts for the general public. We sing at the request of other organisations to help with their money raising events. We also fundraise for our benefit and for nominated charities.

Funds used to provide students in the school's 6th form with the means to pursue chosen careers

Provide funding to maintain and run the Manse provided for the Minister of Blackley Baptist Chuch, Elland West Yorkshire.

1) The relief of patients suffering from Pure Red Cell Aplasia2) The provision in the interests of social welfare of recreational facilities for such patients3) The relief in cases of financial distress of the dependents or deceased patients4) The promotion of research into the causes and treatment of Pure Red Cell Aplasia on terms that such research is published

To promote the best of English language, Foreign language and non-verbal films by screening films of high artistic merit and film-making standard, and organising associated speakers and discussions.

This charity operates openly in areas where help is desperately needed. The most recent appeals made were for the Pakistan Flood Disaster, Bangladesh Cyclone, Bangladesh Cancer Treatment and Kashmir Earthquake Appeal.

Parent & toddler group 0-5 run voluntary.

Relief of persons under 25 resident and educated in Calderdale who are in need, hardship or distress

Payment of pensions to respectable women of limited financial means who are not less than 55 years of age and who are natives of, or have lived in the (ancient) parish of Halifax, for at least five consecutive years.

AGS groups meet to bring together people who enjoy Alpine plants in all their forms and would like to further their knowledge.
