The association in addition to hiring the hall for the use of other groups and individuals also runs a Youth Club for 8 to12 plus year olds, Mother and Toddler group. It continues to work with local agencies to provide social and educational projects to assist the estate and other Leighton Buzzard residents.

A partnership of Bible-centred churches in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Northamptonshire, working together to train and support leaders, strengthen and plant churches, and advance the gospel throughout the four counties.

Goodwill activities to our 4 villages including: Car ambulance service providing transport to local doctors, dentists and hospitals when villager unable to drive; various goodwill activities for pensioners such as an afternoon tea and Christmas parcels; and donations to individuals and local organisations including the school. Kingdom Way Church meets Sunday Morning at Harvest Centre, Brangwyn Gardens, Bedford. Weekday fellowship meetings Tuesday and ThursdayWe are related to Kingdom Faith Church at Horsham in Sussex.

The Naval Cadet Corps operates one training unit, TS OCEAN, providing cadet training to children aged 10-18 years of age in the disciplines and ways of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines. This teaches the children respect, responsibility and good citizenship.The units also help out in the local community and attend functions such as Remembrance Parades and Armed Forces Days.

The charity is a Parent Teacher Association of Stondon Lower School, which raises money to purchase items for the school for use by the children and staff.

Restore is dedicated to working towards a future free from the physical and psychological damage of scarring, supporting outstanding doctors as Research Fellows, supervised from Oxford and London Universities. This vital work can benefit anyone suffering from scarring, whether sustained through burning, trauma, essential surgery, birth defects or cancer, regardless of age, race or gender.

Grants to people aged 16-25 living in Oakley, for the purpose of educational books, equipment or tools.

To relieve, either generally or individually, persons resident in the Area of Benefit within the county of Bedfordshire, who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress. To provide practical services to bring help quickly, informally and confidentially to such persons and to offer assistance directly from local resources an a "Good Neighbour" basis or referring people to specialised services.

Maulden branch of the Women's Institute offers opportunities for all women to enjoy friendship, to learn, to widen their horizons and together to influence national and international affairs. We offer a programme of educational, entertaining and social activities at our meetings held on a regular basis at the local Village Hall, when all are welcomed.

Fundraising for local and national charities

SHARE: Flitwick and Ampthill promotes the share, repair and re-use of products in the local area as a means of preventing and minimising waste disposal. This is predominantly through a Library of Things where people can borrow useful items and a Repair Cafe where items are repaired when possible. We bring local people together to share things and ideas about how to minimise impact on the planet.

Grants to other charitable organisations, preference being given to local groups

Collect suitable household furniture that is saleable and might otherwise go to landfill. Monies raised is donated to national medical charities.

We meet fortnightly to provide activities for children ages 4-14 years old between 6-7.30pm. Activities include: outings to theatre, cinema, parks, field trips, ball games, cooking, craft etc. We also invite outside guests to do different activities and make use of the local community facilities.
