The charity supports local charities operating in health and welfare. Also individuals, mainly teenagers and young adults, in their personal development. It also supports international charity work in the third world and the Rotary Foundation.

The Charity makes grants to young people under the age of 25 living in the parish of Woburn Bedfordshire to assist with the costs of further education or vocational training.

Throughout the year our charity raises money by holding events such as BBQs, non uniform days, discos, craft parties, tombolas, recycled clothing collection, small change collection from parents and children periodically and other small fundraising activities. The money earned is used to purchase items to enhance learning and provide extra experiences such as help paying for school trip buses.

Pathways and Perspectives services are open to residents of Houghton Regis and its borders, and we currently provide three types of services: adult affordable professional counselling, Wellness Workshops (led by professional counsellors), and creative art/craft.

The original purpose of the trust was to pay for the fabric of St. Paul's Church. It now contributes towards the church insurance.

Our team of volunteers produces a weekly audio recording of local news and magazines which is copied onto memory sticks and provided free of charge, by post, to the blind or partially sighted, or those labouring under some temporary or permanent incapacity or disability which makes reading a strain, in the Stevenage and North Hertfordshire areas. We also loan them a player to listen to the stick.

Climb Your Mountain helps people improve their mental and physical health through physical activities and education, where people feel they have their own personal mountain to climb in life (e.g. depression, stress, anxiety, low confidence). We offer free organised walks plus free books and talks on a range of health and wellbeing topics.

We are a friendly group that runs once a week In Arlesey for Parents and Carers to attend with children under 5. We have free play for children with other activities available such as arts and crafts, song time. A small snack is provided for the children and also for the adults. It is also a great opportunity for parents to meet and chat an ideal local support network.

Ouse Valley Singers is a choir based in Sharnbrook, North Bedfordshire.We normally sing 4 part choral pieces (soprano, alto, tenor,bass) and sing a wide range of sacred and secular music. We perform regularly in churches and village halls. We have about 30 singers on roll and are lead by Janet Welsh, an extremely competent and well known musician in Bedfordshire.

Enable deaf children and their families to join together to enable mutual help and encouragement through meetings, social occasions and advice. Provide a holiday playscheme for deaf children and their siblings. Purchase certain useful equipment for hearing-impaired children not provided by social services. To ensure local hearing-impaired children have equal opportunities with their hearing peers.
