Chester Aid To The Homeless provides accomodation and related support services to homeless individuals in need.

A fully inclusive sensory centre & social cafe for children & young people with disabilities & additional needs.The centre with social cafe offers a safe, stimulating environment, giving individuals, families, carers & groups chance toexplore & develop. Ideal for therapy, relaxation, education, friendship & fun. It provides a sensory room, soft play, groups, sessions & support groups.

Supporting Teens in Crisis, and their families.

To foster and promote community participation in healthy recreation by the provision of facilities and coaching for gymnastics and other sports.To provide facilities and advance the sporting education of children and young people.

(i)Primarily (but not exclusively) for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area administered by Chester District Council.(ii)The dissemination and improvement of medical knowledge, skills and the care or treatment of patients whether in public or private hospitals or nursing homes (including hospices) or in their own homes.

Smart Works Greater Manchester offers a service to unemployed women who have a job interview pending and need support in preparing for the interview. Smart Works offers an individualised tailored service by means of personalised styling service with full free outfit for the interview which is their to keep. Plus an hour training on interview skills and techniques.

Providing education and financial assistance for the neutering of pet animals. Rescuing and rehoming animals in need.

To support families with Autism Spectrum Condition or Aspergers Syndrome, whether diagnosed or not, living in Cheshire

The promotion of sport, education, health and inclusion for the benefit of communities in Chester and its surrounding areas using football as a vehicle for change.

Chester Pride provisions an LGBTQ community festival, an LGBTQ support helpline, social and support groups, and LGBTQ library, provision of free sexual and menstrual products, and undertakes various other works to address key issues the LGBTQ communities of Cheshire and North Wales face. We aim to end discrimination against LGBTQ people, and build inclusivity for them across our area of operation.

We have extended our building & facilities and are doing even more work in our community to help local people. We have initiated outreach ministries to the youth in the area and plan assistance to the housebound and those living alone.

Outreach to the community of Romiley including Alpha courses, Just for Dads, Mums and Tots, Depression Group, Counselling Services, Groups for Youth and Children

The focus of the charity is to encourage, inspire and empower all women and girls toimprove their mental health and challenge the associated stigma.The promotion and protection of good health, in particularly but not exclusively for women in the area of Cheshire.

As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with skills for life. The Mersey Weaver Scout District supports Explorer Scout Units and the Scout Groups in Frodsham, Runcorn, Widnes and villages to encourage the young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week, we support our members by providing the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed

Cheshire Scouts gives young people skills for life. Our purpose is to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.
