THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WITHIN DEVON, CORNWALL AND SOMERSET WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF HARDSHIP, DISTRESS AND NEED INCLUDING THE RELIEF OF HOMELESSNESS AND ROUGH SLEEPING AND TO REDUCE THE IMPACT OF POVERTY AND FINANCIAL EXCLUSION BY PROVIDING EFFECTIVE CLIENT FOCUSED SERVICES

Today we support work with 11 -25 year olds through specialist projects and programmes addressing issues that marginalise or place young people at risk, including mental health, homelessness, crime, racism, sexuality, drug & alcohol use, abuse, rural isolation and poverty.

FORCE Cancer Charity is based in the Westcountry and is dedicated to assisting local people affected by cancer. The charity provides patient support at our purpose built centre, supports innovation, funds a local research programme and purchases "state of the art" equipment for local cancer treatment centres.The charity was established in 1987 (reg charity no 29688) but incorporated in 2011.

We work with care experienced young people aged 11-25. Our aim is to give young people in care the chance to have a good life through positive relationships, support at times of transition and influencing the services they receive. We deliver relationship based positive activities and support young people through adolescence and into adulthood through a Leaving Care service.

We will establish and run a new Green Community Hub for West Cornwall, situated at the heart of the historic Morrab Gardens and the town of Penzance, with 3 key focus areas: Community Wellbeing, Garden history and legacy, and Sustainability.
